SemperEadem Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 I never hated Forrest growing up. Only dislike teams when their fans are particually up themselves. Same reason, dispute their billions, I don't mind Man City. How can you not hate Forest then?
Carl the Llama Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 What on earth is Bournemouth's problem? Just plain weird! Basically any club that were recently in the Championship who are now doing better than their team which dominated that league last season, if we weren't doing so well I'm sure we'd be seeing a lot more bubbling over between the two of us, as is we're in the position where they're just a bit irrelevant to us.  They probably say lovely things about Norwich playing the right kind of football and having a fair go at it.
ScouseFox Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 What on earth is Bournemouth's problem? Just plain weird! Â classic case of small man syndrome. all the girls in the club be looking at us cos we're insanely attractive but for some reason they think they're more attractive despite being 5ft2 and looking like a little girl.Â
Spiritwalker Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 I still keep a keen eye on Forest and Derby scores and have a smile when they get beat, but I couldn't even tell you what division Cov are in.
Super_horns Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Basically any club that were recently in the Championship who are now doing better than their team which dominated that league last season,. They'll be coming next week reminding us all about Sheffield Wednesday scoring in the 91st minute to give them the title. Hopefully we can take the points to keep them quiet as you did a couple of seasons ago against us after the play-off games!
Gerard Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 They'll be coming next week reminding us all about Sheffield Wednesday scoring in the 91st minute to give them the title. Hopefully we can take the points to keep them quiet as you did a couple of seasons ago against us after the play-off games! Â I suppose Watford are a bit like us in that they have neighbours close by but they don't class you as a real rivalry like Tottenham & Arsenal. Â As for relegation this year there are more than three teams I'd like to see relegated so I'll be a bit disappointed who stays up. Any three from these five would make ma happy: Â Aston Villa Sunderland Newcastle Bournemouth Crystal Palace
Bluetintedspecs Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Locally in 'days gone by' it was always Florist for me, let's face it though back then, late 70s and 80s they weren't shite and insignificant like they are now, same goes for their sheep shagging mates too. They've both gone backwards whilst disappearing up each others asses.

foxfanazer Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG
Bluetintedspecs Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Errr didn't they win the European cup twice around that time? Errrrrrrrrrrr what? If you actually read I said WEREN'T SHITE.
Countryfox Posted 21 February 2016 Author Posted 21 February 2016 Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG Â Especially when they nick Mahrez. Â I hate em already !
katieakita Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 At the moment our nearest and dearest are not that close and we have suddenly become rivals of Spurs and Arsenal and certainly in the last week some Arsenal supporting mates have proved to be as blind as their manager talking absolute shite still screaming for DD to get a season long ban and us a points deduction yet mention their antics, foul play and history of disciplinary issues and memory loss comes in almost like a vow of secrecy if Arsene says he didn't see anything, will be interesting to see their season implode over the next few weeks, be very interesting to see how many red cards they pick up in the next 3 games.
AyewJoking Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 i have always seen our "rival's" as teams who are in a similar position in the league to where we are/are aiming to finish where we are. Â i think a cup game versus a midlands rival would probably be spiced up purely for the fact it would be an opportunity for a giant killing
-MaTaN- Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 Forest, Derby and Coventry are irrelevant at the moment.i think that WBA, Arsenal, Spurs, Villa and Watford should be considerd as 'rivals'.I hate Watford since Deeney day, Arsenal and Spurs are title rivals and we also played Spurs for like 2000 times since we went up, WBA and Villa are just the most annoying sides in PL. Personally i'll go for Watford, Arsenal and Spurs. I don't know how it is in the UK, But the Israeli Arsenal fans are the worst thing.Â
Guest Bilo Posted 21 February 2016 Posted 21 February 2016 If we get drawn against Forest and Derby in one of the cups next season, we'll still take a decent following and their fans will be up for it. They'd absolutely fvcking hate it if we were champions and reminded them as well. Â They're obviously nowhere near us in terms of quality and probably won't be for some time, but I'd still say that our main rivals are local.
NoFuchsGiven Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Plastic. ay, thats your opinion!! Been Bury, stoke, newcastle, swansea, spurs, villa, man city away this season with watford and palace booked thoughÂ
UPinCarolina Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Rivalry is not a static concept. We can gain new rivals, perhaps even lose a few (slowly) - geography is but one of many factors.
Guy Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Why, f'kin Arsenal of course! We've not beaten them in the league in 'x' amount of attempts since our last league success over them when Gordon Milne was manager in 1983 and when Lineker, Lynex and Al. Smith were on that 3-0 score sheet at Filbert! Our nemesis team were of c(o)urse at it again last Sunday week with their 95th minute winner. I just hope we can now finish off our surreal job!!
Midlands yellow Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Ideas of grandiose on a huge scale ! Funny though .
UPinCarolina Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 Ideas of grandiose on a huge scale ! Funny though . I love uninvited guests! Why are you here again?
Foxxed Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 I never hated Forrest growing up. Only dislike teams when their fans are particually up themselves. Same reason, dispute their billions, I don't mind Man City. Â I never had too much grief. Just friendly rivalry, with added bitterness through living in the past. Â Besides, no sense of entitlement with them, which is what annoys me the most.
Fox Ulike Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 I vote Norwich  Get on the Humberstone Road and just keep driving and you'll get to Norwich without ever having to leave the A47.
skmanuk Posted 22 February 2016 Posted 22 February 2016 One thing we miss, or I certainly miss, is a proper hatred rivalry (such as Birmingham/Villa) but at the end of the day we're a one club City and don't have major rivals. Why?
