Gabriel got a 1 game ban for improper conduct when he was sent off in the Costa incident.

That was for refusing to leave the pitch though, vardy called him a cvnt and left straight away.

Fingers crossed for a fine, however being as he was in front of the FA for the casino incident earlier in the season won't help his cause.

No because it's just a charge... Vardy and the club have the right to appeal / make there case, then a decision will be made on the punishment. There's no rush here either from the FA's part because he already has a 1 game ban, taking him out of next weeks game.
