Super_horns Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 I actually think dissent should be dealt with more but of course so many get away with it so when one player is punished that seems harsh. Look forward to Wayne Rooney for example being banned when he swears at the ref for the 100th time in a game..

Agreed, it's frustrating they seem to be making an example of Vardy in such a crucial period for us.
ramboacdc Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Wonder why the club haven't censored the bit where schlupp comes and and says F**king N**heads i did wonder why there was censored part and non censored parts. there is no chance of them using this to get vardy's yellow or red recinded can they?
The Doctor Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 i did wonder why there was censored part and non censored parts. there is no chance of them using this to get vardy's yellow or red recinded can they? No. You can't rescind a red that's from two bookings, just a straight red.

It would be interesting to compile this, all the Rooney/Keane/Drogba/Toure/Neville/Carragher etc histrionics into one video for the club to post in response to any ban. In a 'Just saying' way.
ramboacdc Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 No. You can't rescind a red that's from two bookings, just a straight red. i thought as much. was hoping he might get a yellow recinded or something.
AKCJ Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 The most sickening thing about all this is after catching up on this thread I'm genuinely struggling to tell the difference between this place and that Spurs forum. Come on chaps. Ours has the blue border mate. Hope this helps
Dr The Singh Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 The most sickening thing about all this is after catching up on this thread I'm genuinely struggling to tell the difference between this place and that Spurs forum. Come on chaps. There's a dr the Singh on the spurs forum???

kingcarr21 Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 So when will we know if he is out another games? We have until Thursday to appeal so wont be until at least the appeal time has passed. Friday maybe?
foxes161 Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 We have until Thursday to appeal so wont be until at least the appeal time has passed. Friday maybe?nervous times..if he is banned just hope it's only 1 more.Costa only got 1 when he was.
kingcarr21 Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 nervous times..if he is banned just hope it's only 1 more. Costa only got 1 when he was. A 2 game ban will give him a good rest and ready to fire us to 6 points in the last 2 games.
Babylon Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Interesting link to the Costa hearing, evidence for and against etc. Gives you an idea of what you can do to present you case and what they might do as punishment. http://www.thefa.com/~/media/files/pdf/the%20fa%202015-16/fa-v-diego-costa-2016-written-reasons.ashx?la=en

If he did use those words then I hope he has done. His previous record should count for him. Interesting that Chelsea's defence included proof that the initial booking was "no material contact", and videos of Costa being fouled during the game, I imagine Ogbonna headlocking him to the ground in the first half will be shown, as well as claiming there was contact for the foul, albeit minimal. Were there any other fouls on him during the game that weren't penalised? Do you think they will also show similar incidents of Vardy "buying a foul" and not getting penalised as evidence that it was an incorrect yellow card. I know Vardy said a bad word to him, but he did leave the field pretty quickly, unlike Costa

Larry_LCFC Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 There is no denying Vardy was out of order in what he said, but he wasn't arguing with the ref or getting in his face. It was a passing comment and point as he walked straight from the field. The issue for me is that Vardy should never have been put in that position by Moss in the first place - the first yellow was bollocks. That said, Vardy needs to learn to keep his gob shut. After the Casino incident, he should know better.
ramboacdc Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 "there was no foul or abusive language used" in costa's case. ****ed...we're ****ed.

This is all being controlled by the film producers for the dramatic ending. Vardy will miss the next 3 in which we only pick up 2 points. Spurs will however also drop points and it all hinges on the last game. John Terry, being one of the bad guys of course, hassles vardy all game, mouthing off at how it's his fault Leicester have blown blah blah blah. Vardy scores a last minute winner sparking scenes of jubilation and roll credits!
Captain... Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 "there was no foul or abusive language used" in costa's case. ****ed...we're ****ed. Wasn't this the game where he spat at the ref's feet. Costa aggressively confronted the ref and refused to leave the field, Vardy swore at the ref and walked off. I would argue what Costa did was more aggressive and disruptive than Vardy who just let off steam.
AyewJoking Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 i want moss' head on a stick, its all i think about. do you think if he was run down and killed by a bus all of this would go away?
