Claudio has said otherwise for the past couple of weeks hasn't he? I think we'll try and get a couple more in for sure.

However if we do, I really hope it is an CL experienced central midfielder, RB, and a striker. On the face of it, it's three signings and for me we'd then have the perfect squad ahead of the PL and CL campaigns.

STUHILL Posted 19 August 2016 Posted 19 August 2016 Slimani should be a priority IMO. I think we need someone different to Vardy and Musa with real finishing quality. I like Okazaki for his work rate and creating chances for others. Ulloa is fine but wouldn't mind an upgrade and a genuine starter to play alongside Vardy, as I think Musa and him are too similar. Also would like to see a genuine defensive CM who is strong and a real ball winner, who can sit infront of the back 4. Would be great if Amartey can do it but not sure he is at the level we need yet. RB would also be nice but not essential. 2-3 signings very important IMO and could be the difference between finishing around 6th or in the bottom half of the table. Seems to have gone a little quiet though with new rumours, which is a bit concerning but at least Ranieri hasn't declared business is finished yet.

Why Bayern have not signed him is a little concerning, but would cost a fraction of what Sean Duchebag wants for Keane and they are the same age.

I'd say we're much rather looking at some players leaving the club more than anything now.
