However, it's probably no coincidence that the season Sunderland finally DO go down is one where he's not featured very much. In the role of a defensive, ball winning midfielder, I'd look elsewhere. And again, the name of Cattermole was given as an option of the type of player I thought we needed and who I thought we could probably sign. Three summers ago...

the fox Posted 26 February 2017 Posted 26 February 2017 Kane and vardy shouldn't be compared. Kane is in a whole nother level. Elite striker, deferent tier. Already has 100 goals. The only thing that vardy has over kane is pace. Kane has position, finishing, heading ability and he is physically better. He is the kind of striker that make you ask yourself "how is he this good"

Agreed, we could have any of this seasons current top scorers playing for us and they wouldn't be getting a look in at goal either

Finnegan Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 MOTD pundits seriously claiming Harry Kane is under rated. Isn't given credit. His finishing doesn't get enough recognition.
Nod.E Posted 28 February 2017 Posted 28 February 2017 Interested to see how close I get for a bit of fun. Looking at the fixtures I can't see past a scrap to the death between the bottom 4. Of course, I could be wildly wrong! 14 Leicester 40 15 Swansea 39 16 Bournemouth 38 17 Palace 33 18 Middlesbrough 32 19 Hull 30 20 Sunderland 28

Finnegan Posted 2 March 2017 Posted 2 March 2017 Christ, can you imagine if we'd signed Dembele instead of Musa. Dembele, Gray, Ndidi, Amartey, Chilwell, that'd be one hell of a future.
