MikeyT Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/gossip Leicester City want to sign Arsenal forward Theo Walcott, but the 27-year-old England international is keen to stay in north London. (Daily Star)
Innovindil Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 For the love of God. ONE RANDOM POSTED THIS ON TWITTER. THE SAME RANDOM THAT STARTED THE ARSENAL HAVE MET WITH MAHREZ BOLLOCKS. Complete and utter rubbish.
nnfox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 But it is mentioned on the BBC so it must be true. To be honest, he is finished at Arsenal and needs to move. Claudio would get the best out of him and when he is at his best, he's great. Yes please.
MikeyT Posted 21 May 2016 Author Posted 21 May 2016 For the love of God. ONE RANDOM POSTED THIS ON TWITTER. THE SAME RANDOM THAT STARTED THE ARSENAL HAVE MET WITH MAHREZ BOLLOCKS. Complete and utter rubbish. Ok chill!!! It's a rumour so I have posted it in the transfer section. I'm sorry if this has deeply affected you!
urban.spaceman Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Can't remember the pundit who said it but a couple of months ago they basically listed players who had moved from Arsenal to rival 'big' clubs like Ashley Cole, RVP, Fabregas etc who'd had to leave Arsenal in order to win leagues. Would be hilarious if Walcott had to come to LEICESTER CITY to do just that!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Keep him fit and he is great, with our fitness training and recovery programme that could well help him finally reach his potential unlike at Arsenal where he is just injured all the time
Itay_Dahan Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 I read that he rejected an offer, he wants 100k+ a week. https://www.instagram.com/p/BFpKcTkJONE/ Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
Robin JD Popley Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 One of my friends who supports Dire-by (has some contacts) told me about this a week or so ago. He said they were trying to keep it on a very much need-to-know basis because they didn't want to jeopardise our chances on getting him. Think this may be an ongoing story for a few weeks yet...
st albans fox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 I heard that arsene now wants to keep Theo till January at least because of welbeck's injury
VLC86 Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 I heard that arsene now wants to keep Theo till January at least because of welbeck's injury I heard that Theo thinks arsene is a bellend.
dannythefox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Great squad player and has pace to burn I wouldn't say no.
mozartfox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Why would we want to sign him? Are our medical Team bored? No fv*king thanks.
sphericalfox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Don't necessarily believe if true, that he would be boat rocker, but would expect to start if fit, and would be on silly wages. However, if we manage to keep Mahrez, with AFCON 2016 at a really crucial, fixture heavy part of the season, we really do need someone to replace Mahrez. It's not going to be possible to replace Kante, so on a side let's hope we keep him, and find someone who can even step in one of his tiny magical shoes.
Fox92 Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Even if it was true I wouldn't be interested in him, even more so with the wage he's on.
cityfanlee23 Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 If we can get the best out of Walcott and keep him fit, providing we offer him 80k and not much more then definitely take him, play him as a striker though.
Tuna Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Would take him 100% but not on the silly money he is reported to be on.

roblcfc84 Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 You wouldn't want wages to be decisive within the team - but as a player I am amazed anyone would say I would rather have Musa etc - firstly our coaching and overall player care is proven to get the best out of players. Walcott has done it at this level and for England - his lack of games has held him back from fulfilling his absolute potential. Arsenal clearly have something in their set up that is causing a lot of injury issues.
Guest Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 But it is mentioned on the BBC so it must be true. I think the title of the page gives it away somewhat
dannythefox Posted 21 May 2016 Posted 21 May 2016 Are Arsenals back room staff doing a proper job though or are they just unlucky? A fit Walcott is a bloody good player. They have players season after season playing 10-12 games for them.
