Leicesterpool Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Even though Pearson could do a decent job at Wolves, I think he's let down by his poor relationships with owners. McLeish hasn't had a job in the UK for a while, I could see him going to Wolves. Also Big Sam's being linked to that, the club he supported as a lad.
CosbehFox Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Wolves are being used as a pawn by superagent Jorge Mendes. All signings go via him - expect them to become an almost B team of Benfica/Sporting/Porto.
Guest FriendlyRam Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Nice to see its not just us sacking managers left right and centre. Surprised by Wigan though, Caldwell took them up last season and deserved a bit more time. Wolves just seem another basket case of a club... plenty of them it seems.
Soar Fox Posted 25 October 2016 Posted 25 October 2016 Wigan would be a good club for Nigel Pearson. They give their managers time and expectations won't be so high.
Fox92 Posted 26 October 2016 Author Posted 26 October 2016 Surprised with Caldwell going. Did what was expected last season. It's tight at the bottom of the league.
MC Prussian Posted 27 October 2016 Posted 27 October 2016 Free agent Peter Odemwingie has signed for Rotherham United. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/37775295
Wymsey Posted 28 October 2016 Posted 28 October 2016 Hope Allardyce doesn't get it tbh, keep the frauds out of the game. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37798804
Leicesterpool Posted 28 October 2016 Posted 28 October 2016 Lambert is another name linked to Wolves he won't be popular being an ex Villain. I'm not sure about Lambert did a fantastic job at Norwich, but I'm not sure he's a type of manager that can handle the pressure.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 28 October 2016 Posted 28 October 2016 think the fact they appointed Zenga means they probably wont appoint your typical tracksuit phwoar get up up the league kind of manager.
MC Prussian Posted 28 October 2016 Posted 28 October 2016 QPR losing at home to Brentford - how the mighty have fallen.

Not really mighty, their highest finish since 1995 is 17th in the Premier League. They are mainly a Championship club although Brentford continue to do very well.

They have a rich background and to an extent a cult appeal because of the shirts and their tin can stadium. It's just that it is very badly run, with little thought for mid- to long-term development and/or success. Plus, their fans have a serious problem with in-fighting: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/qpr-fans-fight-each-after-9149726
isaidno Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Forest lose again, and the goal scorers were both ex forest players
SemperEadem Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Blues tomorrow singing 'Keep Right on' will show us how 'When You're Smiling' should be belted out as.
The Doctor Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Blackburn fans protesting against venkys with a load of whistles. Not half annoying and distracting.
Guest FriendlyRam Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 nice win for us today, thought we looked good in patches, just need to produce it on a more consistent basis Brighton though them and Newcastle could run away with top 2 on that performance today.
Soar Fox Posted 30 October 2016 Posted 30 October 2016 At least 2 bottom tiers in seperate stand at St Andrews all standing which is good to see.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 November 2016 Posted 3 November 2016 Looks like Fawaz has sold forest if his twitter is anything to go by. Shame really, he was doing well.
Matt Posted 3 November 2016 Posted 3 November 2016 Big Nige has had his 2nd interview at Wolves apparently. Paul Lambert and Tim Sherwood are the other 2 names on the shortlist apparently...No competition really is there? Nige is better than those two idiots put together!! Judging by Wolves fans on social media they don't deserve Nige but hopefully he does well there.
