Robbie Brady

He's a good player and a tremendous pro. Would he fit in here, I'm not sure. Is he good enough to play at our current level? I don't personally think so, maybe if we were a Sunderland west Brom etc.

Personality wise he is the sort of lad that would thrive at Leicester but I do think we should be looking at slightly higher calibre players.

I think he'd step up personally.

Id like us to sign him

Good player but we already have 3 left sided midfielders in Schlupp, Albrighton and Gray. Why do we need a 4th?

Albrighton capable on both flanks and Gray still young. Could even use Brady other side as we do with Albrighton. I think he'd be another good option for us, is young and seems to have the right attitude.

Let's not forget that we need 'squad' players for the new season. Not everyone we bring in will be earmarked for the first XI - for me, Brady is in that category, someone who has quality and can be relied upon when brought in.

This who ramadaone was referring to then a few months ago and not Redmond who we assumed?

Completely forgot about this

I don't see the point of buying players just to fill out the squad. Surely you buy better than what you've got and make existing players squad players?

Not sure where he is going to fit as we already have enough wingers. If he is interesting us, is Schlupp off?

Warming more and more to this tbf. He's similar to Albrighton wheras Gray is similar to Mahrez, perhaps he's seen as an upgrade on Dyer.

Thought a while back that he was probably one of the picks of the lot out of the teams that went down. Not sure where we'd fit him in the team atm but I think he'd be great given the chance

A decent player for the squad though

Didn't we have an agreement in place that Pearson couldn't sign players frm Hull for us? Maybe we were in for him last summer but he joined Norwich before we sacked Nigel.

Perhaps Ramadaone knew he was a long term Walsh/Shakey target and knew we'd be back in for him if Norwich went down. He did say something along the lines of Norwich going down would be good for us transfer wise. I thought it was Ruddy/Redmond.

could he be turned into a right winger, cutting in like Albrighton does at left wing? he does have a beauty of a left foot tbh. just cant see him as a fullback in this team, he's too attack mimded

Is he really any better than what we have?

We're not short of wide players in Mahrez, Albrighton, Gray & Schlupp and Fuchs & Chilwell at left back. Left Midfield would possibly be the third or fourth position we would improve on given the chance but if we're going to improve I'd rather splash out and make a marquee signing in that position than bring in a player who appears to be no better than what we have.

Getting in an upgrade on Dyer is not exactly difficult is it? May be we should be shopping at Waitrose now as opposed Pennymarkt now that we are in the CL.

Because only one of them is left footed... And saying they are all left sided would mean we only have one right winger. We also would lose two of our four wingers to Cup of nations.

Of the players we need, we don't need another left sided one.

Fuchs, Chilwell, Albrighton, Schlupp & Gray is enough.
