I wouldn't necessarily make wholesale changes for this one, the players from Saturday's defeat will want to put it right tonight. I think we will see a few changes though.

Just out of interest, as we embark on a huge night of football, making our debut in the worlds premier club competition.

Nottingham Forest are also in action away at Rotherham.

Wow, how far have we come. The reality is still setting in.

Arguably one of the greatest days in the club's history - brings back memories of old Nige saying us fans had delusions of grandeur for expecting to play in the Premier League...........give em hell boys and bring back last seasons spirit!!

5-3-2 for me. People might say it's negative but I will be very happy with a draw today.

Schmeichael

Simpson (Albrighton if Simpson unfit)

hernandez

Huth

Morgan

Fuchs

Drinky

Amartey

Mahrez

Slimani

Vardy

with the creativity from Mahrez and the constant harassing from Slim & Vardy should create plenty of chances. If not then come the 60/70th minute when Brugge's fans start getting frustrated cause of the scoreline we chuck Musa & Okazaki on.

Genuinely feel we are going to hammer em.

Unusually optimistic for me....

The Day has finally arrived.  All we need is for the players to turn up focused. Slimani up front will help us greatly simply because he'll occupy defenders allowing Vardy more space.

I also think this is the game we'll see the real Mahrez back to his best. Confident of a win as I think we'll have too much for them,

Good news about Simpson. Thought he would be out for at least a month.

CR said it would be a month if he gets brought back to soon. I would play Hernandez on that basis, but in CR I trust.

Can't believe some posters here/fans of the club would rest Vardy today. A game he's more than deserved to play in, a game/competition he's been dreaming of being a part in. Seriously flipping mind farts

There's no chance Vardy will be rested tonight for the reasons you've stated plus he gives the defensive a breather. H

Second half Slimani will come in for oka and musa for Hernandez. ..Albrighton will switch to RB...we will see some movement with one two passes between drinkwater mahrez and slimani...then vardy with a lot more space ...albriggton also will deliver good crosses inside the box for slimanito exploite....the team that is going to finish the game is going to be lethal ....on the left same tactics will be applied with musa drinkwater and slimani with fuch delivering crosses inside de box....

The first ball will mostly be won by slimani in the air in the midle flicking it to the right to the back vardy will have lot more running toward the goals..

Some football understanding between mahrez and slimani wiil add power to the attack...

Some Mahrez grigri is on the agenda as well...

Looking forward to this one...

I'd start Gray and Slimani. Tough on Shinji but it's time to be a bit more ruthless with team selection.

This.

I'd be inclined to experiment first half with a 3-4-3.

Kasper

Wasilewski

Huth

Morgan

Albrighton

Amartey

Drinkwater

Gray

Mahrez

Slimani

Vardy
