kingcarr21 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Cant wait to get work out the way. Getting proper excited for this, wish i was there. Oh well i can enjoy Porto away and all the home games. Fancy Slimani to make a goal scoring start for us tonight
ARM1968 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 As some have said last year we would have smashed these, but now it's a lot more uncertain. We certainly have the players to win it, but will they perform?
brucey Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Heat may be a concern? didn't do so hot vs PSG
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 I wouldn't necessarily make wholesale changes for this one, the players from Saturday's defeat will want to put it right tonight. I think we will see a few changes though.
Aus Fox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Just out of interest, as we embark on a huge night of football, making our debut in the worlds premier club competition. Nottingham Forest are also in action away at Rotherham.

seenitall Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Arguably one of the greatest days in the club's history - brings back memories of old Nige saying us fans had delusions of grandeur for expecting to play in the Premier League...........give em hell boys and bring back last seasons spirit!!
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 5-3-2 for me. People might say it's negative but I will be very happy with a draw today. Schmeichael Simpson (Albrighton if Simpson unfit) hernandez Huth Morgan Fuchs Drinky Amartey Mahrez Slimani Vardy with the creativity from Mahrez and the constant harassing from Slim & Vardy should create plenty of chances. If not then come the 60/70th minute when Brugge's fans start getting frustrated cause of the scoreline we chuck Musa & Okazaki on.
Guest Col city fan Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Genuinely feel we are going to hammer em. Unusually optimistic for me....
lgfualol Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Draw I reckon I cant wait to hear the anthem and singing along.
Muzzy's Izzet Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 For anyone heading to Bruges - or already there - this has got some good suggestions: http://theculturetrip.com/europe/belgium/articles/jan-breydel-stadium-football-away-days/
Clever Fox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 The Day has finally arrived. All we need is for the players to turn up focused. Slimani up front will help us greatly simply because he'll occupy defenders allowing Vardy more space. I also think this is the game we'll see the real Mahrez back to his best. Confident of a win as I think we'll have too much for them,

Marcovanbasten Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 0-4 Vardy, Slim and Mahrez scoring !
MurphyMagic Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Sneaky 2-1 win, with a late winner from Mahrez. Leicester City are in the Champions League...never thought I'd see the day!!
UPinCarolina Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Fvck a draw. A win is what we need. Right the ship and restore wavering confidence.
esoog Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Can't believe some posters here/fans of the club would rest Vardy today. A game he's more than deserved to play in, a game/competition he's been dreaming of being a part in. Seriously flipping mind farts
Bedford Fox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Dilly ding dilly dong, we are champions league man so excited for this KS LH WM RH CF RM DD DA MA IS JV

Seriously flipping mind farts There's no chance Vardy will be rested tonight for the reasons you've stated plus he gives the defensive a breather. AlgerianFox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 Second half Slimani will come in for oka and musa for Hernandez. ..Albrighton will switch to RB...we will see some movement with one two passes between drinkwater mahrez and slimani...then vardy with a lot more space ...albriggton also will deliver good crosses inside the box for slimanito exploite....the team that is going to finish the game is going to be lethal ....on the left same tactics will be applied with musa drinkwater and slimani with fuch delivering crosses inside de box.... The first ball will mostly be won by slimani in the air in the midle flicking it to the right to the back vardy will have lot more running toward the goals.. Some football understanding between mahrez and slimani wiil add power to the attack... Some Mahrez grigri is on the agenda as well... Looking forward to this one...
TJB-fox Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 I'd start Gray and Slimani. Tough on Shinji but it's time to be a bit more ruthless with team selection.
