NewEnglandFox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 I assume most of you want to a few changes. Please keep the Liverpool fallout to those threads. Onwards and upwards!
brucey Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Is it wise to change formation 3 days before a game? Not much time to practise it in training. Then again it will have to be done eventually, and games every 3 days for the next month won't allow for it to be phased in slowly..
lgfualol Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 If I could pick the team: this may or may not be an overreaction Schmeichel Hernandez Morgan Huth Fuchs/Chilwell Drinkwater Amartey/King Kapustka Musa Slimani Vardy/Schlupp Subs: Zieler, Wasyl, Chilwell/Fuchs, Vardy/Schlup If I could pick the team: this may or may not be an overreaction Schmeichel Hernandez Morgan Huth Fuchs/Chilwell Drinkwater Amartey/King Kapustka Musa Slimani Vardy/Schlupp Subs: Zieler, Wasyl, Chilwell/Fuchs, Vardy/Schlupp, Mendy (if fit), Okazaki, Mahrez Give that a go. Get Kapustka to link up play, he seems to do it alright for Poland. 1-1 Give that a go. Get Kapustka to link up play, he seems to do it alright for Poland. 1-1
Monk Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Brugge lost in their game yesterday and haven't had a great start themselves. Still hopeful we can perform and get a result.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Would love to see Kaputska play. I understand he's young, but he looked good for Poland, which is more than some of our players this season.

Still hopeful we can perform and get a result. Saw the game they lost to Beveren last night on tv. Looked like a mid-table Championship side. They have only one of their first five games in the league.Defensively (full backs, in particular) look vulnerable and susceptible to pace. We need to start with Musa instead of Albrighton, as we will be doing more attacking than defending. Slimani instead of Okazaki, ditto. They have little to offer up front - only created one chance in the game. Should put them to the sword.3 -0 with Slimani bagging a brace.
eddylcfc Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Kasper No Idea Morgan Wasyl Chilwell Mahrez DD No Idea Gray Slimani Vardy

Buzzell Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Kasper Was Huth Morgan Gray Drinkwater Amartey Kaputska Mahrez Vardy Slimani 2-1 City. Slim Shady to score on his debut.
Monsell1976 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Would change the lot barring drinkwater, bring in hungry players who want to prove themselves. Giving the rabble that turned up today a kick up the arse.
Ashley Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 I watched Brugge game yesterday versus Waaaland Beveren, they weren't the best easily beatable but it will be a tough game. 2-0 win for me.

UPinCarolina Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 After today, anything less than a win and I am downgrading expectations significantly.
AjcW Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 They lost to one of the worst teams in their league last night and have had a similar start to us. if this isn't a comfortable win I'll be amazed and annoyed.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Maybe we are just fully focused on the champions league , hence our 30 million pound signing was rested, 3-1 win
weller54 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 It'll be extremely tough.. Confidence will be on the floor after today's shambles! Just hope Slimani playing can lift the team!

AlgerianFox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 .....................Kasper.......... Albrighton. ..Morgan. ..Huth. ..Fuchs .... .................Amartey ....... ..........................Drinkwater. ..... .. Mahrez. .................................Kapustka .....................Slimani. ................. .............................Vardy...
foxes21 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 3-4-1-2, even though its very unlikely we ever try this formation Kasper Wasyl Huth Morgan Albrighton Drinkwater Amartey Fuchs Mahrez Vardy Slimani It will probably be: Kasper Hernandez Morgan Huth Fuchs Mahrez Drinkwater Amartey Albrighton Vardy Slimani
samlcfc1 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 I think we'll win this one comfortably 0-2
Aus Fox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Changes will be made, not drastic but some players didn't look 100% against Liverpool. I think Kasper Albighton Hernandez ( don't think Morgan was anywhere near 100%) Huth Chilwell ( Don't think Fuchs was fit) Mahrez Amartey King Drinkwater Gray Vardy Think we will go 5 in the middle after the performance on Sat. Its a bit like the Arsenal at home last season, changes will be made and we will improve. 2-1 win and off to a flyer in Champions League Vardy and King goals.
stevelcfc Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 This and Burnley are already must wins to get some momentum and confidence back. Kasper Albrighton Morgan Huth Fuchs Drinky Amartey King/Mendy Mahrez Gray (Depending on tweet related issues) Vardy
