After what's happened in the last six months I think you've got to just sit back and poke fun at everything rather than get worked up over it. There's no way they'll win anything in any of our lifetimes with ever-lasting flaws that are deeply rooted into the England set up, and with such a hideous lack of effort to reverse that too, so I'm just going to laugh at it all from now on. Where on earth do you even start with that squad hahahahaha

He's the most consistent English midfielder, playing for the champions but still can't get into the squad! Offers will come in for him and he might think he has to go if he wants to break through into the national team. Hope I am wrong, but could see it happening.

st albans fox Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Perhaps the club requested he isn't picked because he has played too much recently if Southgate said he wouldn't be likely to play then Danny may have agreed to this - best he stays here and manages his fitness.
