Just when you think it couldn't get any worse

Cometh the hour, cometh the Matty James, stick him in a sauna with a skipping rope for five days and he'll be ready (and I wondered why my Sports Science role wasn't renewed!)

Not clicked the link. But I seen this started on twitter yesterday. On you are the ref. Is it Mark Halsey that tuns it. Whoever it is anyway it's a bit more shit slinging at the champions.

Think it's safe to say the fairytale is over and we are no longer the nations darlings lol

Worst midfield in premier league now. King and Amartey

If we have to play a midfield pairing of King and Amartey it could be like going backwards by about 6/7 years.

The only possible plus point is that Amartey would be forced to actually take some ownership rather than playing 5 yard passes and giving all responsibility to Drinkwater.

Mate in my time i have watched city in places like Scunthorpe in league one. I have seen managers like Gary Megson, Craig Levin and Ian Holloway with players like Barry Hayles and Ryan mcgivern.

This Tuesday I am finishing work having a curry and a few beers then watching city qualify for the knock out stages of the champions league. Whilst city sit in 14th place in the premier league.

There is absolutely zero part of me that thinks "things can't get any worse".

So the two stills look fine but the so called video is blurred with a black line across the pitch. Also what are they stood on.

Did anyone that went see it and did motd pick it up.

It's The Sun, take it with the tiniest pinch of salt you can.

I'm pretty sure the FA just read the Sun and watch SSN and act on whatever they rake up.

I'm prepared for a bit of backlash but it might be nice to see game where we don't have Drinkwaters 'hoofs' every time he gets the ball

Problem is the alternative is a King/Amartey midfield.

Sometimes out of adversity comes great things, King/Amarty will have to stop with the 5 yard sideway pass and take responsibility, it could lead to a change of formation, Okazaki may turn out to be a great combative midfielder, who knows, we could go to three at the back, which worked for us in the great escape pre Kanté, lets see and lets remember where we came from, last season was a beautiful perfect storm and we deserved to win the Premier League but although the memory remains it is gone, Foxes never quit.
