AjcW Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Anyone think deadline day will be pretty quiet for most this year? 7 premier league fixtures that evening. Most finishing around 10pm so there certainly won't be the usual manager at the training ground carry on this year.

Honestly think I'd be hard pressed to name 3 transfers so far. And we're 2/3rd's of the way through it.

A vast improvement on some of what we have and a proven Premier League player. Is anybody at the club clued in at all about what sort of player we need? Not as if there is a lot of time left.

fleshdaddy Posted 25 January 2017 Posted 25 January 2017 Yep, as others have said, we should be trying to sign this fella. Foreign signings are a risk and need time to settle etc., in our current position (a relegation fight) we need players who can hit the ground running and help us, which Snodgrass definitely can. He's creative and chips in with goals regularly too, something we're definitely missing. Fantastic signing for Burnley if it comes off.
