steflcfc Posted 3 December 2016 Share Posted 3 December 2016 Unfortunately it just highlights how poor we were in recruiting within the summer, now having to rely on King and Amartey which as a pairing for the Premier league is relegation quality. Yes injuries don't help, we were lucky with this last season. Losing Drinky, we now have no like for like replacement. As great as Morgan and Huth have not been this season so far, they have to start as we have nobody good enough to challenge them for a place. Was and Hernandez are not starting 11 players. We do need a few signings come Jan and we will be held to ransom. Ranieri has his work cut out, some of this is his own doing. were playing with no fluidity or gameplan. He didn't seem to change a massive amount last season and let us run riot.
