Cus I'm struggling. I remember being twatted 7-1 by Sheff Wednesday but at least we had a bit of a go - like the players cared.

 

i really am having a problem getting any positives out tonights game. For me there was nothing. God knows how they'll pick themselves up for the game against City.

 

This might turn into a 'four Yorkshiremen' thread, but this has really got to be one of the worst, most embarrassing performances.

Charlton away September 2007 was the nadir. Completely inept and devoid of effort.

 

Milwall 3-1 reverse in 2008 was technically the worst football I have seen any league team play.

 

Losing at home to Bolton 5-0 was a hell of a lot worse than tonight.

Seen people say that a lot, isn't like we had the money or momentum back then though is it? We were shit then because we were shit, expected for want of a better word. I think what people are struggling with is how we've wasted an opportunity to cement ourselves as a top English side, an opportunity that won't come again.

Bolton 0-5 was rough. 1st game of the season and they were newly promoted. It was downhill from there too...

Dear lord I'd forgotten that one. Day one and it was clear that Peter Taylor was horribly out of his depth and we were destined to go down.

Forget the past, what's more concerning is the future.

Ok that was mainly reserves but the performance's are getting worse game by game.

We all have cried out for change, but looking at that, I think we no why their isn't much, we are playing the best of a bad bunch.

Cant get to down about it, as it was a game of no real importance, but it was a game for those waiting in the wings to shine, and to break the constant back results, and negative performances, failed all round.
