Guest Bilo Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Is horse meat nutritionally valuable? It's a regularly debated equestrian.

Detroit Blues Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Alligator was pretty disappointing. It tastes like chicken, but a bit more chewy. Like MPH said, you could do raw kibbeh (which is usually beef and/or lamb). I just dont know how well that keeps, you probably have to eat that right away. Something better to eat at the restaurant. Other thoughts: what about something seafood related. A lot of weird things you could eat out of the sea: Eel, fish with the heads on, etc. Frogs legs would also be good.
separator Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 I've eaten guinea pig before on holiday in South America, the locals there love it but think I'd stick to turkey for Xmas dinner
jonthefox Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Ostrich meat is an absolute shithouse to cook on a barbecue.

tom27111 Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Go a bit Lebanese with the sheep's brain and eyes. Wouldn't try it myself though! Shark would probably be pretty easy to get hold of.

ajthefox Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 I've heard of this meat which seems to be the new thing with young female chefs. It's called "Big Black". Apparently once you've had it you can't go back.
Carl the Llama Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 Wish everyone would stop horsing around.
