Why are people obsessed by making wingers No 10's !!!

gray is a winger

let him fly on the wing

Why are are people obsessed with pigeon holing players?  Its one of the reason England doesn't produce quality players. The way young players learn it to be challenged and taking on different roles is key to that.

How do we know his best position is as a winger or number 10?

I'd hope we go after Ramirez in the summer. If they go down they will have to get him of the books, I reckon £8-10m will do it.

Would rather have Sigurdsson but I would imagine quite a few teams would be in for him

I think grays best postion is wide. So he can use his pace and go either on the outside of the full back or cut inside. I don't think he's 'clever' enough(in football terms) to play those cute passes like Riyad does.

The reason his doesn't have the game intelligence is more like because he played as a winger from probably a young age!

In UK we specialise player at too younger age hence they lack game awareness!

He plays there because that's his best position.

Yeah, if they stay up it will be because of him. He is comfortably the best player in the bottom half of the league. I'd be willing to pay £40m on him. He could easily get 10-15 goals in an attacking set up next season. Also, he's free kicks are incredible.

Yeh agreed, and as well as his goals he get lots of assists. With Mahrez probably leaving we need more creativity in the side and I reckon he could link well with Vardy

He's only got 9 goals this season, i think if he was scoring every week he'd have a lot more!

Chris Wood and Knockart have 35 goals between them and neither would get into our team, the step up from championship is just too much. He would be a great addition if we got relegated but i just cant see him getting near the team when we're playing how we have in the last 2.

If we could get may be  £8-10m for him it would probably be best for all parties if he went in the summer, unless we are relegated of course...

9 goals - fair enough!  Feels like more.  9 goals is still pretty good considering he is not a striker and Ipswich are pretty poor.  For all intents, don't they pretty much base their whole team around him?  That's pretty good for a young lad, and especially considering he probably won't be there beyond May.

Granted he doesn't fit very well into the system we play at the mo, but for sure I think he's worth a chance.  He may be a *Championship* player now, but he'll never be a Premier League player if he doesn't get some game time.  And maybe he turns out to be a bargain.

You will find it's the same at all clubs when it comes to loans not just Leicester. You really think we are acting any differently to anyone else? It's just the way it is.

Its all about respect all round.

You just don't get it?

Or perhaps you just don't know as much as you think you do. Other clubs do have people whose sole responsibility is to monitor AND be in contact with loan players. That's a fact.

It's also a fact the club advertised a role that stated one of their responsibilities would be to support players out on loan. So perhaps you should tell the club that role doesn't exist in football.
