char123 Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 As much as ulloa has annoyed me, I can understand his frustrations at being down the pecking order than Vardy. if fit I would play ulloa and slimani up front and just keep the crosses coming in by that means playing the wingers on their natural sides. those two would cause no end of problems in the opposition box.exactly what i said, them pair up top with alvrighton right and gray/mahrez left get crosses in and weve got a dam good chance of scoringSent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Need Slimani back asap. Vardy looks wank. And Shinji runs with the ball like he is drunk and inevitably falls over.
The Floyd Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 His performances this season are pretty indefensible. As well as his horrific goalscoring record, he contributes very little to all round play. He lacks the technical ability to take players on and he seems considerably slower than last season, it's so predictable when he receives the ball that he'll either try a weird flick or dribble a few yards and pass backwards.
ithuriel Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Probably miss the bench, land on his arse and get booked for simulation
Tuna Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 I'll explode with rage if the little bastard is in the next England squad.

Benching people and making changes is only going to make things worse. Very happy you're not the manager if you wouldn't choose your team on form. Vardy has been atrocious all season. Yes he was excellent last season but we can't keep playing him because of that. If he's not scoring or putting a shift in or even looking like he give a shit then he needs to be dropped. We should not select our team how Woy selected the England squad
jon1bc Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 So which on form striker are you going to replace him with? Okazaki, Musa? Ulloa? No thanks they're all shite. Slim @ Vardy to start for me
Ric Flair Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 9 hours ago, Kitchandro said: Didn't we bench him a while ago? The others were no better so we put him in again. Then he got suspended. I'd bench all of the fvckers if I could. He was benched once vs Palace and Slimani and Okazaki were superb.

Slim @ Vardy to start for me I'd play Ulloa up front at the mo as he has more desire to play football than the rest of the team and has looked much better than Vardy in his cameos this season. Slimani's in better form than vardy so he'd be the other choice

Back 4 are our problem. Serious lack of ability on the ball, slow and distribution terrible, perhaps only Fuchs aside.

z-layrex Posted 2 February 2017 Posted 2 February 2017 Little bastard?! The bloke smashed the league in a Leicester shirt just last season and you call him that. Christ.
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 2 February 2017 Posted 2 February 2017 14 hours ago, SecretPro said: Id drop Vards and Drinky for the foreseeable. Vardy has been atrocious, forget the service for a moment and look at the other aspects of his game eg. closing down, chasing, trying to win the ball himself, dropping in when needed, its all shite. One game pre Christmas he had 6 touches. All game. Keep hearing about Service, and true to an extent, but Slimani has been without service, more so if you consider him a target man (nobody putting balls in the box) and yet he is statistically our best forward this season. Top of Goals, Second in Assists, Top of Aerial duels, Responsible for half of our points total in all competitions, work-rate very high and always drops in to collect the ball, try and create his own chances and help midfield, YET he gets slated on here as being shit, a waste of money etc on the basis that he is new and not one of the boys. Vardy is playing because up to this point, the Fans and the Manager are blinkered to the fact he's been shit, blue tinted specs lot on here would still be cheering him on if he pissed on their wives. Rarely, until now has he faced criticism and anyone that does criticise has been given short-shrift on here. He isn't interested and to be frank, could well be a one trick pony. He seems incapable of changing/adapting his game and now that he's been found out tactically, that could be the end for him. Slimani - regularly missing games through injury is our problem with him though. Hes got a groin strain every other week.
Wymsey Posted 4 February 2017 Posted 4 February 2017 Sorry for bumping this but quite concerned with Vardy's situation. Confidence and hunger have dried up massively in the past few games. He should really look to sell him if he continues like this nearer to the end of the season?

foxinsocks Posted 4 February 2017 Posted 4 February 2017 If slimani is fit then I would give him a run over vardy - give slimani the first 60 mins. But Shinji must play - he is the link and the outball (other than over the top or out to riyad/gray); this will give albrighton and riyad/gray a target.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 4 February 2017 Posted 4 February 2017 Musa should play out and out striker. Played well against Everton, didn't deserve to be dropped for an ineffective Vardy.
