The story about his dad and the Nam draft, then the harmonica kicking in. Brilliant. My answer to this though would be: Plus for GSYBE (not Springteeen)
TiffToff88 Posted 3 May 2017 Posted 3 May 2017 Bit of a wierd one this, my dad is still alive and well, but it still makes me feel like he's gone. I'd imagine the impact this song has on people who have lost any loved ones would be huge. Shivers down spines and tears in eyes. Same goes for this song too actually:

Guest Posted 5 May 2017 Posted 5 May 2017 This is weird one. I don't what it is, but every single note seems to strike a nerve. I can get lost in this song from the first second and it could bring me to tears.
Nick Posted 5 May 2017 Posted 5 May 2017 And whilst I'm on Knoplfer - this is up there too for me. . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1Wp2ASqyxI
purpleronnie Posted 8 May 2017 Posted 8 May 2017 Release by Pearl Jam about eddies dad is another, especially the guitar at the start, always loved the lyric 'I'll ride the wave where it takes me'.

Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 12 May 2017 Posted 12 May 2017 Happy Now by No Doubt. It makes my neck go mental tingly through the chorus, ever since I first heard it 20 years ago. Listen to it through headphones
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 May 2017 Posted 12 May 2017 Elegia - New Order Atmosphere - Joy Division Paris - Friendly Fires All My Friends - LCD Soundsystem A Certain Romance - Arctic Monkeys Unfinished Sympathy - Massive Attack
Izzy Posted 2 July 2017 Posted 2 July 2017 The video doesn't do the song justice but for some reason (probably reminds me of an ex girlfriend or something) it still sends shivers down my spine..
StanSP Posted 2 July 2017 Posted 2 July 2017 Unfinished Sympathy - Massive Attack Candle In The Wind - Elton John (after Diana died) Hurt - Johnny Cash Alibi - 30 Seconds To Mars Carmina Burana - Carl Orff Chariots of Fire - Vangelis
