Arsenal made first bid to lemar   30 m    Rejected

Made second bid 40 m    Rejected

Will make third one ( reportedly  45 m plus 5 m as adds on )

Monaco made price tag on lemar 80 m ( they have a  ore a good players that turn around the same price tag     50 B Silva ( sold to man city ) mbappe ( who is half Algerian as mahrez ) 125 m , bakayoko 50 m ( Chelsea ) Mandy 50 m ( man city ) fabinho 50 m ,

Mahrez is soaring high and alone at Leicester  city with 50 m price tag   This is to understand that he is in another league , and people that took their witches  as reality in seeing mahrez unprofessional and benched , no way

Now arsenal , you never know how the situation will come to in this month come alone month of August    So let us fellow a sad yet a wonderful story of a world class ryad mahrez  that got up in le havre and got wings in Leicester  to soar high very high abobpve other clubs s heaven

Lots picking up on his non enthusiastic walk into work on his first day back, but I don't see a particularly unhappy man in the pictures 18, 20, 24, 30, 32 and 33 of the training session, hopefully he's accepted he';s staying and going to give it all he's got ready for the next window:....at which time we will be above Arsenal and he won't want to move ;)

Be interesting if Mahrez is still here when we play Arsenal in the first game.

Say he plays .. puts on a performance to impress them and we for once get at least a point at the Emirates.

In Arsenal's  next four fixtures they face Stoke away ( a bogey ground) , Liverpool away and Chelsea away.

He could be joining a team that early in the season is already playing catch up.

Lost interest in this completely. Be nice to keep him but he came out and said basically we're not good enough for him. I think he could be a bad apple if he stays. Also I'd like to see gray progress. Just want 40m and get rid.

You want to see Gray progress so he can demand a move next summer when he thinks he is too good for us?

Yeah, because if Gray progresses markedly this season he will be perceived as even more of an upcoming talent than he already is.  If he comes good for a season I actually think we'd have less trouble selling him for an price thats agreeable to us than Mahrez.  Or he breaks his way into the first team and stays with us on our next foray into Europe

Also, just do want to see him progress

He's never said anything about moving. You can't go on thinking like that any player could do that.

Think you are probably right.

Problem is we are left with a player who has openly said he wants to go to a bigger club.

Different to the Vardy situation with Arsenal last year when he never expressed any interest in leaving.

So you don't want gray to progress and then demand a move because he can't get in the side ? I'd rather have a season of Gray at least trying than Mahrez sulking like a bloody child like he did last season.

Really frustrating, but its just not viable in terms of wages for us to sign both Mahrez and Lemar without letting someone big go first. Alexis is the only big player that's likely to leave.

I'm sure Vardy was just trolling them all along and never had any intention of moving. Would be so like him lol

Anybody else think he will still be with us next season?

Hope not.. He's shown his true colours!

Get rid to anyone who'll pay close to 35m.
