Similar age/type of player to liam Moore who we still had at the time so was abit of a pointless risk given their experience. Solid, no nonsense defender who has Premier league experience and won't need time to settle so decent signing given our lack of central defenders. Side note to all the Football Manager players quoting prices and opinions.....90%of the transfer fee's u read on Twitter are not true and Clubs don't just sign cheques for the amounts u read. Fee's, wages, bonuses etc are spread over a number of years depending on the players contract etc!!
