foxes21 Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 We are stacked in CM, we won't sign another one. Daily Mail must be having a slow day because this is a load of rubbish.
Tuna Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 Don't think there is anything in this. Probably made an enquiry before we signed Iborra then the Mail published it as click bait.
justfoxes Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 NO THANKS just smells of Everton trying to sell an over priced player who's best mates with the physio's table to try and recuperate some of the funds for the players they've signed and paid over the odds for !!?
Babylon Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 £25m ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha......... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.... good ha ha ha ha luck ha ha ha with ha ha ha that.
sk3since03 Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 25m? Wow! The state of football financially, especially in this country is disgusting
Thracian Posted 8 July 2017 Posted 8 July 2017 If we could get McCarthy and Stone they might shore up any cracks in our defence with bricks and mortar but I'm quite sure we could find a younger, cheaper investment with comparable ability, more durability and plenty of potential.
Mythyaar Posted 9 July 2017 Posted 9 July 2017 Lost his pace and bite a year ago. Never really had any vision and has more sick notes than Darren Anderton. Not coming to us (I hope)!
Nickfosse Posted 9 July 2017 Posted 9 July 2017 This couldn't possibly be an agent trying to get his client's name out there as part of looking for a move could it?

And a lot more pace. McCarthy has slowed up dramatically and has never delivered on is early promise.
Kitchandro Posted 9 July 2017 Posted 9 July 2017 If we're buying another midfielder he's got to be particularly creative. Surely this won't happen.

I'mPlastic Posted 9 July 2017 Posted 9 July 2017 Are we funding their Siggy Purchase? Trade him + 7mil for siggy LOL!
Nick Posted 9 July 2017 Posted 9 July 2017 How strange - comfortable on the ball and a bit of a child prodigy but more of a holding midfielder? So if we are considering him as a two players for every position preparation then Shakey doesn't see a midfield place for James, Amartey or Mendy and his four will be Ndidi Drinks Iborra and McCarthy? Proven player an International and will have a point to prove after his hamstring woes... Hmm.
