SheppyFox Posted 2 August 2017 Author Posted 2 August 2017 So we're waiting on legal crap, like we have been since June.

nnfox Posted 2 August 2017 Posted 2 August 2017 The agent with the problem has agreed a settlement. The signing can be announced when the funds have cleared in his account. Rudkin has told him that the cheque is in the mail, so should be announced any day now.

It's a guilty pleasure, some of the shows are good but you can get some utter dross on there too. Plus it's handy for some transfer news!

jimmer Posted 2 August 2017 Posted 2 August 2017 Ineanacho is to undergo surgery in a face swap procedure with Nicolas cage today. This is the only way the image rights saga can finally be resolved. Nicholas Cage is thought to be thrilled with the idea of a fresh start and the ability to play different roles. Ineanacho is quoted as saying “You'll be seeing a lot of changes around here. Papa's got a brand new bag.”

Wymsey Posted 2 August 2017 Posted 2 August 2017 Is Jason Cundy still with them? Feel he can go over the top a bit imo.

Arguably the highest in our history although we did break the British transfer record signing Allan Clark in 1968. Behave! The guys not done enough in his career to justify that tag. He's not that well known across the game. Mancini, Collymore & Cambiasso to name but a few would be considered our high profile signings.

It's not about it being cool to hate, it's just an absolute shit stain of a radio station. A load of shit stirring ex players and 3rd rate journalists who still find Mourinho entertaining and base all their opinions on what Sky Sports tell them to believe. And yes I have been forced to listen to it a few times in somebody else's car, not out of choice.

Nooo no, just out in the car alot and get bored of listening to the same songs over and over again. Like to listen to Jim White, Hawksby & Jacobs and Sam Matterface.. the rest on the other hand I avoid.

Iheanacho is considered a future world class player by a lot of people.

Yeah man, all the kids are hanging around on the streets slagging off TalkSport whilst riding their skateboards with their backwards baseball caps. I used to listen fairly regularly up until about 6 months ago because there's not a regular alternative. Then I finally realised that no alternative is better; or just listening to Football Weekly/something else not ran by Murdoch and presented by a series of smug middle aged c*cks baiting morons with outlandish statements.

He's not a name people have heard of all around the globe. We've never signed a high profile player in his prime and probably never will.

You stipulated 'high profile' i.e. a player who's name is synonymous with not just immediate football fans but outside of that. Its a signing with exciting potential... but he's not high profile.

It's a statement of intent and a signing saying we will no longer buy players at the arse end of their career to sell shirts. This player has the potential to go as far as he wants, for us to pick him up whilst he's still young is such a good move by the club and it should be celebrated.
