He knows where the onion bag is…. That's for sure!

Really excited about him joining…. More than any signing I can remember for a long time - Mark Draper maybe?

Or mark blake!

I have one serious concern about this transfer......

...The longer it takes for them to announce will mean we are for sure getting one MASSIVE cringey announcement.

Can't find it... need that video of Forest parading "King" Billy's reinstallment... URGGHHHH VOMIT

As first reported by Owngoalnigeria.com Leicester City Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa has dropped his favourite number 7 shirt for a new shirt number at Leicester City, Owngoalnigeria.com can confirm.

Musa as first reported by this portal will now wear shirt number 13, while fellow forward Andre Gray will wear the number 7 shirt vacated by the 24 year old Nigerian forward who settled for the number after his big money move from CSKA Moscow.

Meanwhile new signing Kelechi Iheanacho is yet to pick a shirt number, but reports indicate he could settle for the same shirt number he wore at Leicester City as he preferred number 9 and 10 shirt is not vacant.

Number 72 was his number at Manchester City, but there’s a possibility of him ‎picking up the number 8 jersey at the club according to a source close to the forward whose signing will be announced later today.

Michael James - ITK lol

it was more the signing of Andre Gray that made me laugh, we knew he would take number 8 when the squad list was announced.

Cannot deny this is a great signing.

Who would of thought, that day we were relegated to League One, we ever thought that in the future we'd be able to attract one of the top youth prospects in world football?

That's not an over-exaggeration either, the bloke is class when on the pitch, it's clear to see. I just hope we have enough good service for the bloke to bang the goals in.

Right sorry, honestly I haven't been following this really, just saw that it was all random tweets about it so thought I'd say what I had seen.

For me, he's as good or better than Marcus Rashford and there's no chance you'd get him for 25m.

I totally agree. It's just Man Utd had minus Ibrahimovic a bunch of shit strikers, so Rashford got a chance. Whereas Iheanacho didn't because they have an abundance of top strikers.

He's the highest profile signing the club has made in my lifetime without question.

Arguably the highest in our history although we did break the British transfer record signing Allan Clark in 1968.

Profile wise maybe but he was at the end or his career. We are signing a youngster with crazy potential. I agree this is the biggest signing we have made.

I agree with this. Cambiasso had his best days behind him and his career was considered to be on a downward trajectory when he signed for us.

If someone told me six months a go we would sign Iheanacho I would never have believed it possible.

Yeh this signing is a great coup for the club no doubt but he's not got the same profile of a man who's won major trophies throughout Europe and one of the best midfielders in the game at his peak.

You could say similar about Mancini to an extent but both had clearly seen better days albeit Mancini's were a lot further behind him than Cambiasso's.

Iheanacho would make any top ten list of the best U21 players in the world.

Medical fine.

Signed sealed & delivered.

A few legal issues before announcement.

Any chance of him being in the squad for fridays game?

I posed the same question yesterday. We've got a bargain if you compare him to Rashford and his value.
