Matt Posted 1 August 2017 Posted 1 August 2017 If we lose both i'll be so ****ed off we didn't drop Mahrez and give Gray a proper chance last season. Mahrez needed dropping last season but instead we continued to piss Gray off for that reason. Gray might not be as good as Mahrez but on last seasons form he deserved to be dropped and Gray deserved a chance, a chance to learn. I said we could potentially lose both this summer and if we lose Gray because of all of this is unforgivable from both Ranieri and Shakespeare. That said I see no logic in Gray moving, the clubs he's being linked with he won't play so he's better off staying here.

Ranieri did drop Marhez in the past when he perceived him as not performing to his best. However, Shakespeare the creepy arse bump lick didn't, even when he deserved it. Let's hope his spine kicks in now he's manager and that the players he stuck up for show him some loyalty.

dedlock Posted 2 August 2017 Posted 2 August 2017 I keep reading that Mahrez will force a move away, quite how that will happen when contracted if the club doesn't want to sell is unclear. Now it has been suggested Gray may do the same. Let's hope that the club stand firm.
