What a bellend he's proven himself to be.

No one wants him and I'm not surprised.

Puts him and the club in an awkward situation

Puts in transfer request, so desperate to leave the club he abandons his national training to fvck off to France on the advice of his agent. No bids recieved. NONE. This is possibly more embarrassing than Odemwingie

Now he returns and has to play at his complete best to tempt offers in January, but his confidence has surely taken a battering and his behaviour will surely have turned a lot of fans off him.

He hasn't been sulking so far this season though

No but he knew he had to try his hardest to push a deal through, which has now passed (barring Barcelona coming in for him tomorrow, which is highly unlikely). Now it's a long old slog till January

And here comes the bitter one. Would have been surprised if you didn't have a dig at him, now that the window is closed. He's still going to start every week, can't wait to read your posts.

Not really embarrassing, why go to Africa when there is a good possibility you will have to fly back to Europe to finalise any deals. Makes perfect sense to any normal person.

As long as he keeps up his good form and doesn't sulk it's a win-win

he could still go to spain tomorrow

He could but with Atletico under transfer embargo (unless they sign and loan until January which I doubt), it only really leaves Real Madrid and Barca who would match up to what Mahrez is looking for and I don't think either will be that keen. Barca more likely but if today is to be believed, then unlikely.

Nah, it's dead and buried. he ain't going and will have to work a bit if he really wants to go Barca.

Not if he's going to sulk like he did every fvcking game last season

This is now the No.1 concern.

Better to have this to worry about though, than him pictured in a Chelski shirt 3 hours ago.

Oh boy! The moment the window closed, the usual suspects came out!

You want him to leave that bad? Be careful now, too much saltiness is bad for your blood pressure!

Gray will continue to get cameos, no doubt. He will start every cup match, too.

Will finish with more minutes this season than his first two seasons combined, and possibly be the starter in February 2018.
