stripeyfox Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Saw this on another (Manchester United) forum and got me wondering - Simple enough question - if you were to create your own Mt Rushmore of Leicester legends, who would be your four? (I'm still trying to work out mine - Ranieri is in though!)
Countryfox Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 The current chairman, Martin O'Neill, Ranieri and Frank Worthington ... And Steve Walsh and Muzzy Izzett ... And ... I'm not very good at this ...
tom27111 Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Although we've been around over 130 years and have had some legendary players, for what happened a couple of years ago it has to be Claudio, Vardy, Mahrez and Kante. Just putting my tin hat on

Just putting my tin hat on That's kind of what I was thinking. If this is going to be a monument to last for all time, then it's hard to look past 2015/16 But I think I'd settle for Ranieri and Vardy and leave the other two places for some further consideration for now....

Fox92 Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Lineker, Ranieri, Walsh and I'm not sure about the last one.
Bayfox Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 As if you're not having shinji's beaming smile as 1.

But to be honest mate there is no way Kante should be up there ... There is no way he is a legend. Great player maybe, as is Mahrez ... But legend ... No chance.
TiffToff88 Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Leon Crncic (if anyone can find out what he looks like), Bernie, Cousin Dennis, Zeljko Kalac Close Thread.
cc_star Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 From recent history Big Nige The man who gave Ranieri everything on a plate, especially the structure & players to allow him to succeed so superbly. We saw how good Cladio was when left to his own devices... and it wasn't pretty Claudio For actually winning the league - Something Big Nige would never have done in a million years Vardy Self-explanatory really, goals goals goals plus the unplayable performances. And unlike Lineker he never jumped ship when he could have Mahrez Could well be our best ever player, under appreciated by many and will be sorely missed when or if he goes Big Wes Captain Morgan himself. Club captain during clubs greatest ever period & top performer in both our record second flight Championship season & our top flight title
Captain... Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 It has to be 4 of Andy Kings finest gurns starting with this one:

Captain... Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 It is always difficult because I can only look at my lifetime, For the MON era it has to be Walsh (sorry Muzzy/Elliott) for the current Era, lets call it the Shakespera it probably should be Vardy (sorry King/Wes) then 2 from the past. Cross, Rowley, Chandler, Worhington, Lineker, Banks, Shilton, Birch I am not placed to judge them on anything other than stats.
urban.spaceman Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Tom Hopper, Adam Smith, Pearson Jr and their hookers. Extra points for including Hopper's legs around his ears.
