ZeGuy Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 69% passing accuracy, 0 shot on target and 37% possession. Impressive.
Melbourne Fuchs Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 Now that's annoying, all we had to do was run for that last throw-in. Our defence and away support have been decent and Iheanacho looks exciting but I think Shakey needs to change something at half time. Iborra for Kingy? Gray for Albrighton? I don't know really, hopefully our manager does.
49er Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 Disappointing to say the least. Not sure why Nacho was picked ahead of Okazaki and Slimani for this particular game. Huddersfield are all huff and puff, so Shinji's tenacity or long balls into Slim (a la West Ham on Monday to Carroll) may be better than Nacho. Maguire not so impressive today. King AWOL

limeydale Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 Is he gonna be a Shakey who don't want to lose or is he going to be a Shakey that wants to win? But yeah we gotta have a better midfield than this, yank 'em both put the next two on.
Vacamion Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 We didn't look abject. We just look a tad light in midfield. Iborra or (fingers crossed) Silva might help in that respect. A goal would change everything. COYB.

Those were the days. Down to desire and hunger, they chose to do it at times last season but too often don't seem bothered. Badly missing someone comfortable on the ball in the middle who can dictate, N'didi should be the "destroyer" not trying to dictate play, he's just not good enough for that.
HoustonFox Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 So the real big question is do I have coco pops or bran flakes for breakfast?
adamlcfcbevo85 Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 Absolutely shocking performance don't care just need to win today if not for the first time il be thinking CS is not the man for the job I'm sure we are playing with only 9 men on the pitch

st albans fox Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 Remember this is wagner's first interview to be our manager. He has another's one later in the season. Sounds like he is doing ok although 'out tacticing' shakey doesn't seem too tough a gig

King isn't doing much but he doing it to a decent standard. Ndidi is trying but ****ing everything up. Ndidi has been awful, King has played one decent ball forward but we've been on the back foot all game. Credit to Huddersfield they have worked really hard to give us no time on the ball.
adam Posted 16 September 2017 Posted 16 September 2017 **** knows what could happen at half time with his subs.
