Let's face it. Nobody obvious springs to mind.

 

Like many others, all I can come up with is a league table of managers I DON'T want (at the top of which are the dreaded Moyes and Strachan).

We should try for Manuel Pellegrini. Won the prem with Man City. Took Villareal to Champions league semi and did a great job there. Took Malaga to Champions league last 16. Highest point score for Real Madrid in a season. Hugely experienced, great contacts. In China at the moment. Got to be worth a try.

Mentioned him earlier in this thread. Defo think he’s one of the better options.

I can see it being big Sam, although he wouldn't be my first choice.  I suppose it depends on how attractive a proposition we are for the better / bigger managers out there.

Plays very attacking football but defence is dog shit has got a good record with ( high profile ) teams looks like he should of died 15 years ago just wouldn't suit Leicester without a transfer window imo

Laurent Blanc, Luis Enrique or Paulo Sousa would be my picks of available managers but it's probably more likely to be Big Sam, Pardew or Karanka....

Big Sam would be great for us right now. He's our best option to get into the top 8. Plus we shouldn't get relegated.....

I'm concerned that we've gone and let Shakey go without a clue as to who comes next. Who becomes the caretaker manager in the event that we don't have someone in place by the weekend?
