If Sheppy Fox say's it's virtually done, is it done?

Oh I wish :( no I was only reiterating what I’ve seen a couple of people on here say :) or maybe I have some special Jedi mind trick and it is true! lol I suppose we’ll find out soon enough :)

Seriously........no.

I'd never heard of the guy until I saw this thread, if we're going to give the job to someone with no experience of managing in Europe we may as well let Appleton have it.

He's exactly what we don't need right now.

Would you take Pochettino?

Given that my only knowledge of this guy is a vague memory from Championship Manager 01/02, I'd be fully behind his appointment :D.

Obviously now, but with his experience gained at Espanyol and Southampton yes.

If he had been managing a Mexican club I’d never heard of then no.

Chivas chairman has apparently refused to rule out Almeyda leaving for Leicester when asked about our interest.

I'm actually warming to the idea of Almeyda based on what I have read about the bloke as a manager.

An Argentinean coach with a German-sounding first name? This guy clearly has all the ingredients required to be a brilliant manager.

I remember him as a player but have no idea of his managerial competency.  No idea what his past results have been like, no idea what style he plays or if he would be suitable for us.  Having said that, it is a massive yes from me because LOOK AT HIS FVCKING HAIR!!  WOOF!!  Come home to Rumble you big, South American Adonis. Or has some older relatives that moved to Argentina From Deutschland in 1945 .............

Ja, the Swiss ones however... Ottmar Hitzfeld, Christian Gross, Kobi Kuhn, Lucien Favre, Martin Schmidt, Urs Fischer, Marcel Koller, René Weiler. Phwoarrr... The list goes on.

Coincidentally, the last three are out of a job right now (or will leave soon, as in Koller's case with Team Austria).

Try Italian men with a female first name (Andrea). Awkward.
