Iborra having his worst game in a City shirt?

His positioning is good as is his movement going forward but three massively crap passes to nowhere defining his game so far.

Absolute snorefest.

Benny a bombscare. Needs binning off asap.

Expect more from our midfield in terms of creating chances. what's the point in knocking it around at the back?

Nach looked awful coming short, but then a fantastic touch and finish for his goal. Think we need to see him play on the last shoulder to see him at his best.

Up the intensity a bit and pass the ball forwards a bit more and we should walk this.

Are there many players who are "all round" players at 21?.... nope

But if someone has that finishing ability its not a stretch to imagine you could train the rest of their game up around it.

Such pessimism is a bit ridiculous

I don't expect a finished article but we've seen nothing else from him so far. Raw players often show you glimpses now and again, I've just not seen much in his general play

No he shouldn’t be an all round player yet, like you say he’s still young. I expected better from him though, he looks lost most of the time. I’d love us to make something more out of him but he’s gotta be prepared to work his arse off. Hopefully Vardy can act as an inspiration to him

Whatever happens tonight nobody can moan about Claude/the players not taking the cup seriously when the fans don't take it seriously. Absolutely shocking turnout.

We also beat Spurs, Burnley, Everton and drew with united. Losing to Man City is hardly a crime. Only bad one was Palace. Hardy the results of a team who can't play at home.

Why did you have to remind us about palace???

Benalouane needs removing at half time. He's a liability and I'm very worried he'll get himself sent off. Get Maguire on, Claude !!!

Jako player of the first half. Followed by Iborra. Slim has been silent but paid 3 killer passes, I know some of you don't like his moaning and arm waving but I like it - some of these players need to be told their passes are shit. Mahrez has been very quiet apart from the FK and some uncharacterisically poor control. Benny has looked poor again and could be in danger of a second yellow. Amartey, Silva, Gray, Fuchs have looked okay. Thought nacho should be replaced by Vardy but maybe the goal will transform him.

To be fair, it must be difficult explaining to overseas players that the FA Cup is so important to fans - when the ground is half empty.

Look out for Riyad and the Plonkers’ new single, “No Bullets, One Shot” b/w “How to Suck (the Cod piece)”

That said, we'll be fine as long as Benny doesn't go all ... Benny.

Combination of nacho and slimani can score goals but the mf is virtually non existent. No link up play, nobody running into space and no passes from deep.

If we can afford a player to just goal hang and finish... he's your man. All round player.... nope.

He's 21. Good coaching will bring out his all-round game.

As I said to Babylon, why be pessimistic about that?

Simpson has good positioning and whatnot, learned over time. He couldnt hit a barn door scoring wise though.

All Nacho has to do is add basics to that god given finishing ability and you cant go far wrong

Oh I’m not being pessimistic! I’m saying the reason we brought him is he has an innate talent that is hard if not impossible to coach. Compare him to Theo Walcott who was always fast and had a good touch but was never convincing as an out and out striker.

But thus far most of us think he’s been lacklustre at best for Leicester.

Nacho just looked SO relieved when he took that. He's frustrated me but he's had such a rough start to his time here and he is pretty young still (how many 21 year olds wouldn't feel the pressure of expectation). I am hoping that this will loosen him up and he will sort himself out.

Did anyone think like me though that it was a bit of a muted celebration from the rest of the team, like maybe he's not fitted in so well with them? Overanalysing maybe...

Albrighton warming up.

Shouldn’t you be listening to CP doing his halftime team talk. Nice finish by the way...
