Racing UK has every cheltenham race anyway. They won't cut into tea time on ITV. All to do with money.

thought it'd be to do with the rights. Sadly RacingUK isn't in my TV pacakge :(. 

Tried to watch on SkyBet but the stream kept stopping and playing up.

Stuck a couple of quid on Mr Whittaker at 6/1 (got best odds guarantee of 13/2 on SkyBet) so that's a nice end to the day.

 

Also had an EW Patent on Apples Jade (placed), Jury Duty (lost) and Rather Be (placed) so should win some back on that.

 

I think @NorthfieldsFox is the big winner today though!

I thought it was more to do with the last two races being amateur riders or young horses so not as much of a draw?

yeah so did I in addition to the rights thing but riders like Waley-Cohen, Ruby Walsh, Fehily and Twiston-Davies were involved in the final 2.

Apple’s Jade has hurt me on ante-post bets I’d placed so I’m about £15 down for the festival. 

 

On bets placed today I’m even, only had one winner - Summerville Boy though.

 

It was a choice between Testify and Mister Whittaker in the last, naturally I chose the former :rolleyes: 

 

Must try harder tomorrow!
