Thanks for the link, this is a great article. Decision making and the ability "to make the difference" are really underrated. Mahrez is a brilliant player, but one of his biggest weaknesses is that he often makes the wrong decision - something I think Guardiola will improve no end. A player in the middle of the park who can create and play others in... honestly we've not had such a player since Garry Parker or Gary McAllister. The fact that the player is two-footed and good with set pieces is also a real bonus. Playing Puel's system, we are in dire need of such a player, he could be a real hit. One thing I will say is that like out other young players (Nacho, Chilwell, Gray) is that he needs time given his age and won't be the finished article in his first season. I think Ndidi and Maguire were freaks in this regard, especially Ndidi who is ridiculous for his age. 1

No wonder Silva has to sell before buying.
