Puel failed to connect with his players at Southampton, and what we're seeing here is Groundhog Day.

 

He was a success in France, but that was in a familiar sourrounding. Ever since his switch to English football, he's made no effort to open up to his players and to the fans.

Puel is highly likely a good manager, just not one cut for the Premier League.
