Oh dear .....the continued demise of the Villa.

We are the biggest club in the MIdlands at the moment and should celebrate this.

I know Stanley C keeps spouting on how the Villa are one of most trophy laden clubs in English history and are one of football's elite.

In this respect he is totally correct … seven top division titles and seven times FA cup winners.

What he fails to mention is that their penultimate League title was in 1910 and their penultimate FA cup win was in 1920.

Anyway enough bitterness …… still miss my trips to Villa Park and some banter with the Brummies.

Haha … started writing this rubbish when Villa were 3-0 down … sorry Stanley … up the Villa and you are missed on Talksport.

Leeds equalise in the 101st minute....just another boring championship game then...lol

Apparently there was a medical emergency in the Leeds bench area?

Clarke. Good prospect as well, he's only a young lad and had been impressive. Rushed to hospital but not sure of the outcome yet.

I think it’s pretty well documented Birmingham couldn’t let him leave in January as they weren’t allowed to replace and they’re still in with a chance of play offs/promotion which would solve all their financial issues.

Got to be a target in the summer though!

Talking of a points deduction for Brum.

Bristol might FINALLY get a top flight team this year. 14 games unbeaten in all comps and 8 wins in a row, they’re looking like that side that pops up every season as “having a run”

Before anyone jumps in... Post 92 side ?

I love the Championship (as long as we’re not in it) such a competitive league, reminds me of what football used to be like!

What I find really nuts is that the Championship has the third biggest attendance in Europe behind the PL and Bundesliga.

Our second tier league is better supported than Ligue 1, Serie A and La Liga.

Marvelous.

They usually bottle it. Wouldn't mind seeing them come up though.

It’s aggregate attendance rather than average though - and the Championship has 96 more matches than those leagues mentioned
