Apparently ripping up trees in preseason according to a few of the player interviews.

Not sure Puel rates Albrighton, although he is now our best winger as it stands. I've only seen Maddison mention him, and it was directly in reply to a stupid question "Messi, Ronaldo or Albrighton?" I'm not convinced he meant it..

I'm willing to bet you quite substantially we'll line up day one with the same tried and tested 4411 with Vardy up top with Iheanacho and Maddison probably on the bench, Gray and maybe this guy or Diabate on the wings, Pereira and Evans being the only new signings a shoe in to actually start.

I think we all know this will more than likely be the line up on some level. Some of Puels utterly bizarre team selections in the last half of last season worry me slightly. Hopefully he’s the type of manager that learns from his mistakes and adapts.

You're utterly delusional Finn.

Simpson and Morgan are nailed on to start.

Really?

I haven't heard that Wes is injured.

Leicester need a Mahrez replacement quick and this guy seem the Real Deal, but then again Man United thought the same about Memphis Depay, he was top scorer in Eredivisie then they signed him on the back of that and he flopped in the PL.

id still rather risk it with someone with the tops stats in Eredivisie than rely on Diabate and Gray based on last year.

Finnegan didn't mention midfield. Wes is going into midfield.

lol wouldn't put it past the club.. based on last year it seems like we will find a place in the 11 for Wes for the foreseeable future

Brighton (our only linked rival for Alireza) have just bought Percy Tau, right sided wing.

having heard it quoted that he said he’ll be moving to England, in the Iranian press, you’d assume all points to him coming to us.

I reckon based upon this fine logic, we’ll be seeing him soon holding up a City shirt  ??

That was such an amazing summer.

3 youth players nobody had ever heard of including the managers son film themselves racially abusing Thai hookers while in an orgy on a goodwill tour of their owners country.

Beloved manager sacked because of the eventual breakdown of the working relationship and NOT for footballing reasons.

Everyones desperate for Cambiasso to stay despite him clearly bowing at the crowd after scoring against QPR.

The Sun break the story of Jamie Vardy being caught on CCTV in a casino shouting “OI JAP. WALK ON” to an East Asian man who was watching his cards, everyone then finds out that Jap is a racial slur then trawls the Sun website for evidence of them using it.

Leicester get linked with everyone from Guus Hiddink to Steve Cotteril, Jurgen Klopp and Neil Lennon for the managers job.

Klopp’s Wikipedia is hacked to state that he was born in Syston.

Guy who played for Everton in the 90s quits his job as manager of a 3rd division MSL team, odds tumble and everyone loses their shit trying to find him.

Claudio Ranieri is eventually announced as manager to widespread derision; he’s made favourite to be sacked by October and Leicester are nailed on for relegation favourites.

Leicester spend half the summer trying to sign Jordan Vertout who rejects us for Aston Villa staying publicly that they’re a much bigger and better club than us. LOL.

Leicester then spend weeks trying to sign Charles Aranguiz from a Brazilian side after a good CONCACAF tournament with Chile. We send Anderson Perry to do our dirty work as we fill up 126 pages in anticipation.

Liam becomes obsessed with tracking our owners helicopter and private plane; the whole of FoxesTalk spend 8 hours tracking their plane flying across the Atlantic convinced that they’re going to pick up Aranguiz; eventually realising that it’s actually on it’s way to its annual service in Texas.

Aranguiz rejects us us and joins Bayer Leverkusen only to injure himself and be out for a season.

And the rest is history. What a summer that was.

Nothing out of the ordinary for this club, it's been a hell of a ride for 50 odd years fin my case....long may it continue ;)

-summer of Preki-

Those were the days.  Don't forget a fair amount of folk getting upset at and writing off a short-arse nobody from Caen with a silly grin - despite some impressive tackling/interception stats - because he had the nerve to stall on signing for us because he wanted to go to Marseille instead...
