Yeah, it's not like we ever care what other supporters think is it? I mean, literally nobody has mentioned Southampton fans' opinions in the last 14 months..... It is funny disagreeing with both of you in this matter It's just been a balls up all round.

He's never had a sustained run in the side like Mendy or Ndidi has...... He's quality and for whatever reasons, we've not got the best out of him. To say he's pony is poor The one premier league game he started this season (first game at Old Trafford), he played pretty well For a total outlay of 50 odd million he has been terrible. But that’s football, some transfers work out some don’t

blaaklint Posted 4 January 2019 Posted 4 January 2019 And his wages sure as hell haven't added another £28 million to that.
brookfox Posted 4 January 2019 Posted 4 January 2019 Didn’t think I’d be saying it at the start of the season but think our two full backs are currently my favourite players. After a slightly weak start Pereira is looking class and Chilwell is looking the player I don’t think anyone ever dreamt he’d become. Lovely stuff!

Guest MattP Posted 12 January 2019 Posted 12 January 2019 Big fan but wtf was that today One of the worst games I've seen from a full back, I don't think he did a single thing right. With how crap Gray and Ghezzal are we might as well bring Simpson in and play him further forward as we need the creators in the final third.

If Simpson put in Ricardos performance today he’d be praised (not comparing the two as that’s dispresepectful to Ricardo)
StanSP Posted 12 January 2019 Posted 12 January 2019 Of all the players I thought wouldn't get an assist today, I didn't think Ricardo would be first . His passing was atrocious. Must have fluffed up about 10 short passes and then unsuccessful with majority of his crosses. Obviously had to get one that planted perfectly on Ndidi's knee! Love his performances and attitude but today I hope was just a bad day at the office.
Mike Oxlong Posted 12 January 2019 Posted 12 January 2019 I liked how he didn’t go missing despite having a shocker. Just one of those days where he seemed to have two club feet but nonetheless he showed the right mentality.
Silva Fox Posted 12 January 2019 Posted 12 January 2019 Still think his best position is on the wing with a reliable full back behind him.
lcfc sheff Posted 12 January 2019 Posted 12 January 2019 Kasper Simpson Morgan Maguire Chilwell Hamza Ndidi Maddison Ricardo Vardy Barnes Think that could work. Need Maddison to dictate from deep, don’t let Ndidi get involved in the passing build up.
ozleicester Posted 7 May 2019 Posted 7 May 2019 The kind of photo you dream of... id i was Ricardo, this would be saved, printed and displayed forever.

Guest Papasmurf Posted 28 July 2019 Posted 28 July 2019 Just reading some of the posts from January. Think the moral of the story is let’s give new signings a fair chance and a decent run in the side before criticising.
Hollyfox Posted 28 July 2019 Posted 28 July 2019 We have some very good players that some top clubs would like. This boy is top class and we're extremely lucky to have him. We'll done Claude or whoever was responsible ?
