So, apparently a full Spurs side would've beaten Leicester City, they Said. No mention about our injuries of which 4 would've been starters today.

They probably would have.

Even Maddison or Johnson playing and it's a different outcome. They clearly missed a lot of quality in the final third and midfield. Solanke missing is a big difference compared to a half-fit Richarlison.

Their defence is a shambles though, even if Romero or Udogie was playing.

They had absolutely no help from the midfield. Look how much space BEK had for his goal lol

Why do people get so pissy about what pundits say? We are where we are.

Of course, they may well have done. That's not my point. For the interest of balance it needed to be stated that both teams were missing very important players. They could have said that Leicester would've have won more convincingly if they had a fit squad.

The way Spurs and West Ham played against us this season has been absolutely suicidal on their part. We actually look a good side when the opposing midfield gives absolutely no support to the defence. It was unbelievably easy to play between the lines against both teams.

I think it's because they are so ill informed and base opinions on nonsense

Why do Spurs fans "know best" and when we protest or aren't wearing beaming smiles all the time we're "entitled"?

Because Spurs are a 'big 6' club and are expected to win trophies we're just parochial upstarts who don't know their place.

They are just a bunch of posers who never win anything and they call us entitled.

This is about the depth of the analysis we've had from Match Of The Day this season

Wash your mouth - Spurs and trophies in the same sentence is blasphemy....

I thought the analysis last night was really measured and fair play for them making the point to concentrate on us first. Hitzlsperger in particular was a welcome change

Lovely to see Levy under pressure. The guy is sucking in so many in our game (including our very own Anthony who talks to him) to follow his model of “maximising the matchday revenue ceiling”.

Great to see our gilet wearing Dutchman smiling. Up the City 🦊

As Jamie Vardy pointed out you have 1 thing they don’t .

What must be even worse is Spurs hardly seem get to finals   - hard to remember they got to the Champions league one on 2019.

Ok now I have said that they will probably win the league cup..

Bournemouth apparently had 9 players out but still thrashed Forest. No mention about their injury crisis.

They did show a load of injured players watching the game on Saturdays show .

I can see the irony. Spurs terrible in League but win a cup or two. Obviously hope not

Highlights are so bad these days, basically shows the goals and a few chances, none of the time wasting and midfield play.  Barely a few mins long.  So much is missed by not watching the full game.

Nope, called it wrong.

Fair play to the MotD team.

NBC were all about Spurs and we didn’t get a mention. You’d think based on the coverage here that Spurs lost a fight with themselves in phone box
