Absolute bollocks!!!

9 days fvcking notice?!?

I can't go now.

Is this all just for maximisation of TV revenues? Those of us who actually go to matches can just fvck off, presumably?!

It's because Arsenal now have a Europa Cup semi to play the following midweek. Not that that's any consolation to you of course.

Thanks for explaining.

So, as the Europa League semi dates would've been set in stone months ago, the PL and TV gambled......maybe Arse (& Chelsea) wouldn't be in the semis, but if they were, they could just mess the live fans about....

Ever since this game was announced as being on TV, it’s been stated that it would move to Sunday lunchtime if Arsenal made the Europa League semis, so unfortunately if you’ve planned for it being Monday, then it’s you that gambled.

I gambled? By buying a season ticket a year ago? By making an arrangement a couple of weeks ago without checking what media outlets had put in small print about hypothetical last-minute rearrangements?

p.s. Smugness and schadenfreude are not attractive qualities in a man......or anyone else for that matter.

There is no excuse for this. Why not put the game on Sunday originally so there's no doubt that it could be moved?

Instead, they've pissed people around for no reason.

Less than 10 days notice is less than reasonable but at the end of the season with the various cup results changing things I guess it’s inevitable.

...its the price for LCFC receiving £100m+ and in case anyone thinks otherwise,  the supporters who actually attend matches are right down the pecking order for consideration.

However, The PL seem to forget they provide 100% of the atmosphere at matches?

Two of my lads can't go now, weekend commitments. Really disappointing as you can't beat a night match for spanking the Arse. Their mates are happy but poor planning and short notice. Should have factored in English clubs actually making an effort in Europe.

Just confirms the people working in these well paid jobs, who probably think they are the bees knees are just total idiots. They don't give a cuss for the ordinary fan.
