I'd much rather West Ham were relegated than Norwich or Watford. In fact West Ham, Villa and - ideally - Everton, but more likely Bournemouth , would be nice..

Signed a new 4yr contract end of November. Be an embarrassing and expensive one if they do. They had to assemble virtually a new team which probably works out at £10m per player on average.
