Look at the amount of shots they've had though.

 

Robson-Kanu 39 shots, 10 goals, 1 assist.

Grabban 61 shots, 16 goals, 2 assists.

Bamford 106 shots, 12 goals, 2 assists.

 

Bamford needs so many more shots to score than those two, hence why Leeds struggle to win games but create loads of chances, he just doesn't score enough. Give Grabban 106 shots at goal and he'll bag you 20+ goals easily.
