Seems sad these days that rarely anyone outside of the top six wins the fa cup your lucky to even make the final. 2013 Wigan were last I believe.

Good point, most of their fans think they are! but I dunno third year in a row they have finished outside the top six if I'm right?... EDIT Okay that's wrong they finished 5th last year but stil three years of no champions league football.

No, its still a Europa League place.

 

Cup competitions are too much of a lottery for them to allow that. Imagine if all the "big teams" drew each other early on. Too risky that any old team could lift the cup and end up in CL.
