oxtonfox Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Just now, foxfanazer said: Good effort Chillers Yes but it was all down to Rashford of Man Utd. according to the commentator.
oxtonfox Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 To be honest Sterling and Kane will have about six to ten poor performances in the bank with Southgate so there's little chance of any other striker getting in before Qatar.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Let’s be honest qualification is pretty simple nowadays as compared to years ago where less teams got to the finals, Southgate has it easy and flatters to deceive.

oxtonfox Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Sterling's touch has been poor yet Hoddle and co. haven't even noticed.
Unabomber Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 This Rashford guy is AWFUL! No end product at all so so bad. When you compare him to Vardy it is mad the difference in quality and impact on games.
LC/FC Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Can't wait till next week when we can actually watch good football instead of this turgid gash.

LC/FC Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Screw it. I'm cheering for Kosovo and having much more fun tbh.
Lionator Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Abraham should've played in this game. If Kane gets injured before the tournament then we need the next best however I fear we'll just end up with Rashford. Hell Abraham is in much better form than captain not so fantastic.

Add him to the list of average Man Utd players who have played for England, Brown, Jones, Cleverley etc etc it’s no wonder Vardy and Drinky either retired or pulled out of England squads when overlooked in favour of some mediocre players
oxtonfox Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Very little intensity in the game, probably as they missed out in the last game but heck this has been very laboured and very unimpressive from our point of view.

UniFox21 Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 You can see why England strikers retire before they end their careers. Tammy and Wilson have had like 45 minutes of action between them over 4 international games
Tuna Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Taken me nearly the whole game to realize that's the big lad from Sheffield Wednesday up front for them!
Phube Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 It comes to something when England’s dead ball first choice is Leicester’s 5/6th choice!
oadby.fox Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Would trade for Mourinho at this point to be honest. He would sort the defence out and we have enough going forward to hit teams on the break and get goals. How Maddison struggles to get into this team is nothing short of bizarre.
Tielemans63 Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Maguire has regressed since joining United and that's not even a dig. He looked a lot more assured playing in a decent defence like our's. Looks very shaky playing for United/ England this season.
Tuna Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Another goal for Kane...definitely taking Rooney's record in the near future.
orangecity23 Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Oh good. Glen Hoddle and his ITV friends can have a nice big wank now Kane has scored a dogshit tap in following another abysmal performance for 80 minutes.
UniFox21 Posted 17 November 2019 Posted 17 November 2019 Another tap in for the Kane archives. "Great finish", Hoddle it was a tap in from 3 yards
