Have a cup of coffee lad and leave people's partners out of your e-beef.

Not a good look.

You can get me out of your head and all.  Man imposes his weird and boring obsession on us on a daily basis, providing no valuable or thought provoking input with his posts, and you're more upset about a PG joke calling it out...  Same energy as a big 6 fan defending the super league in the comments of a Paddy Power tweet. lol

I'm not convinced that an extreme case like this says a lot really.  They put a lot of effort into making this watertight, and on top of that they had the video, plus the pressure on the jury from this being so high profile.  It was all setup for a slam dunk.

I think an extreme, watertight case like this is what was needed to show that holding someone in the US fuzz accountable for the death of a person of colour is in fact possible. It certainly wasn't happening with less cut and dried cases, or even ones with similar degrees of proof, before now.

The point being that this might yet establish a precedent for future cases where others did not.

NB. Is there a suggestion of jury intimidation that the judge somehow let by here?

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/apr/21/italian-king-of-absentees-allegedly-skipped-work-for-15-years

"A public sector worker described as the “king of absentees” by the Italian press is said to have broken the national record by allegedly skipping work for 15 years. Police say the hospital employee continued to be paid a monthly salary amounting to a total of €538,000 (£464,000) despite not turning up to work at Pugliese Ciaccio hospital in the Calabrian city of Catanzaro since 2005. [...] In one investigation, police used secret surveillance cameras to ensnare 35 workers at Sanremo’s town hall who had been cheating the time management system for at least two years. The wives of two of the employees were caught using their husband’s staff cards to clock on for them, while other staff members clocked on before going canoeing, shopping or out with friends. In another case, a traffic police officer who lived in the same building he worked in was filmed clocking on in his underwear before going back to bed".

lol

Was before I started at my current workplace, but I was told that one of the technicians clocked in on site, then went to push trolleys around Asda for a shift, then returned and clocked out.  Got away with it for years apparently so not a surprise to read the above.

I'm referring to his general behaviour: Blaming Starmer for the mess made by a Tory government.

Plus his entire demeanour was completely lacking in class, whether he was invited into the pub (as @Faceclothseems to think) or not.

No surprise you find something to defend, though.

He is a Labour voter dissatisfied with his party.

In today's episode of 'political correctness gone mad/people will complain about anything these days', here's ANOTHER great advert for the Public School system:

'Pastoral leader' indeed. In fairness it sounds like an absolute belter of a school trip

In my experience 16-18 year olds are quite capable of doing these things by themselves...

Sensational stuff, that.

I'm not in trouble. You're in trouble.

How wrecked is he getting daily for that litany of sins. Six days of pure hedonism and threat. What a guy.

I reckon the kids would be split egging him on/trying to protect him/absolutely terrified about 20/10/70.

The best bit for me is:
