Raw Dykes Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 Yes, Gray is conveniently "unwell," and is definitely not about to be sold.

fleshdaddy Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 It's a shame, but best to part ways as, as many have said, he just hasn't kicked on and realised his obvious potential. I remember that goal he was part of, not sure if it was last season or the season before, where he took a touch, then spun the defender and raced away and hoping that might be a turning point for him, but he never did enough with the chances he was given.

Isn't this the same reason they gave for the maguire/manure transfer?

surrifox Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 Why the need for a smoke screen, no-one expected him to be in the squad?

Moateyuk Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 What about using Gray as part of the deal to get Tarkowski?
sharpylcfc Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 Best move for all parties Gray leaving the club.
surrifox Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 I hate the thought of doing business with spurs - the club is full of cvnts

This would be the ideal scenario
KFS Posted 25 September 2020 Posted 25 September 2020 Talking about him being an impact sub is fine, but to be that you have to make an impact.. 1

He had a really positive impact off the bench on a number of occasions last season. I think even his harshest critic would agree with that. 6
