Thomas-7 Great start from the youngster hope to see him develop in the first XI, should be used for cup and EL games next season.

Ndidi-8.5 Mr linchpin of our midfield. first name on the teamsheet, more of the same next season.

Tielemans-7 Disappointing form since he joined. Hoping BR can find the right formula to get the most out of him. Looking to repeat his loan spell from previous season.

Maddison-7.5 Good debut season in the PL, niggling injuries were frustrating, needed him for the final few games for that creative spark.

Barnes-8 great first season in the prem, took a while to start but look for more consistency and to find his shooting boots next season.

Hamza-6.5

Albrighton-6.5 works hard, depenable, 1 more season at least at the KP.

Kasper 8 - Kept us in a lot of games but cost us points too.

Ricardo 8 - Our best player until he got injured.

Chilwell 7 - Sometimes lives up to the hype, sometimes doesn’t. Missed him when he was injured.

Evans 7.5 - Didn’t seem too good during lockdown but was class before.

Soyuncu 8 - A very impressive season until he lost his head at Bournemouth

N’Didi 8 - Perhaps our most important player, we missed him badly when injured.

Tielemans 7 - A hit & miss season, seemed to come into his own when Maddison got injured.

Maddison 7 - A good first half of the season, but no goal or assist since NYD for our supposed most creative player.

Barnes 7 - Most assists and chipped in with some important goals, but could’ve been so much more.

Perez 7.5 - We seem to be a better team when he starts, links the play well and chipped in with a few goals.

Vardy 9 - PL golden boot, PL 100 club. Didn’t seem to have as many chances this season as others. The GOAT

Did he even feature at all this season?

I cannot recall, if he has. I presume he hasn't played since his injury against United.

I'd agree with all of these scores, I'd perhaps have had Ricardo as my POTS purely because he was incredible pretty much every week.

I'd also add a 7 for Iheanacho who has become an important player for us.

Kasper - 7 - He's both kept us in games and he's cost us games. I think 7 is a fair reflection all things considered.

Ricardo - 8 - IMO he could go to just about every club in the world and improve them. Genuinely brilliant and we've dearly missed him.

Evans - 8.5 - My personal POTY even if he has looked like Bambi on ice with this 3 at the back.

Soyuncu - 8 - All things point to him being a very good player for years to come. He has to learn from the Bournemouth game.

Chilwell - 7 - Very solid but a bit too steady at times. I think we've missed him bombing down the line. Hope he can regain his 18/19 form.

Ndidi - 8 - Since his injury we haven't been the same and I don't think he has either. We desperately need someone to cover for him.

Tielemans - 7 - Not quite as good as he was when he was on loan but he's still been a very solid player.

Maddison - 7.5 - I think the move to more of a number 8 position has helped him  and the team but he needs to get his numbers back up next season.

Barnes - 7.5 - Could genuinely be a nailed on England player if he could finish. Can't argue with 6g8a though. Great effort but room for improvement.

Perez - 7 - I think he's been a good player for 30m. I just think we should be looking at more of an out and out winger this summer.

Vardy - 8.5 - Golden boot for the golden boy.

Other mentions...

Justin - 7 - Too often he looks like a league 1 player but I think the right sided position in a back three really suits him. Hopefully he kicks on.

Praet - 7 - Been a very solid signing for us. A very good squad player.

Gray - 6 - Should really have kicked on this year. I think we'll sell to a decent price this summer.

Ihreanacho - 7.5 - Scored some very vital goals and has proven his worth. I just don't think Rodgers sees him as a Leicester player and he's taken off too soo, too often.

Choudhury - 6.5 - Similar to Gray in that this should have been his year and he's not quite got there. I think he'll go for a reasonable price.

Albrighton - 6.5 - I wonder if he'll fancy going to get minutes somewhere this summer. He looks like his age has caught up with him.

Bennett - 3 - Disaster.

Never understood why people give a .5 rating?

Is it too hard to round it up or down to a whole number? :dunno:

Kasper- 7 Great Shot stopper but shocking distribution.

Chilwell- 7 Very negative when attacking and can be questionable in defence at times. Think we would miss him more than we realise if he left.

Justin- 6 Improved game by game. Still school boy mistakes at times such as misjudging the flight / bounce of the ball and losing men.

Soyuncu- 8 still makes my bum twitch on the ball but overall solid and a brilliant season.

Evans- 8 Has been very solid throughout showing his experience. Would be nice if he could do atleast one attacking set piece without fouling the opposition though.

Ricardo- 8 Great season up until his injury. Can tell his ability and thought process is far more advanced than some of his team mates.

Morgan- 6 Hasn't really played much (Luckily) but has not been as bad as feared when he has played. (I've given him an extra point just because he's Wes Morgan :worship:)

Bennett - 2 Given him a 2 for turning up on time but other than that, how he is a professional footballer at any level is beyond me.

Thomas - Haven't seen enough of him to give him a score but looks promising.

Gray - 6 Always gives me false 'Ronaldo'esque' hope when he comes on but generally not Premier League quality despite glimmers of hope.

Ndidi- 8  Solid season and is mostly in the right place at the right time. Adding a few more goals to his game would be a bonus as i remember he scored a couple of screamers when he first joined.

Tielemans- 7 Not quite the player i saw on loan to us and has seemed quite slow / lazy at times however has that killer ball in him and bags of potential.

Maddison- 7 Will only get better and better and despite some of his great goals & Creativity, he has had a number of games where his presence has been none existant.

Barnes- 6 Can get himself in great positions but feel asthough West Brom is probably his comfort zone.

Hamza- 6 Generally goes about his business but can be very sloppy and not premier league quality yet.

Albrighton- 6 Great crosser of the ball but wasted as it does not suit our attacking style.

Praet- 6 Has generally gone about his business without doing anything particulary good or bad.

Vardy- 9 Another brilliant season, Un replaceable.

Nacho - 7 Has shown signs of improvement but lacks final product far too much for a striker.

Perez- 7 As above.

Struggled to give too many 8's and 9's out as despite an overall good season, the way the lead was thrown away is the fault of every player mentioned above.

9 - vardy, ricardo

8 - soyuncu, evans (both 9s until recently), ndidi

7.5 - perez, chilwell, kasper, barnes, maddison, kelechi, chilwell

7 - hamza, wes, Tielemans, albrighton, Thomas

6 - mendy, praet, fuchs

5 - bennett

Cant think who I've missed out but tbh, I'm less motivated to finish then most of the above were to finish the season on a high.

Kasper - 8. I think he's quite underrated by a number of our fans.

Ricardo - 9.

Evans & Soyncu - 8.

Chillwell - 6.

Justin - 6.

Fuchs - 6.

Albrighton - 5.

Tielemans - 6. Disappointing season really.

N'didi - 8. Tempted to give him a 9.

Maddison - 7. Flatters to deceive a bit.

Barnes - 7. Great return for his first full season.

Choudhury - 6. Thought he'd challenge a first team spot when he broke through, but has been poor at times.

Praet - 6.

Perez - 7. I like him, I think his price clouds some fans' judgement.

Vardy - 9.

Nacho - 7. Would be interesting to see how he'd do with a full season starting at this level.

Kasper 7 - solid season, showed he's a great shot stopper. Needs to work on short distribution.

Ricardo 9 - just a magnificent player who we really missed post lockdown.

Soyuncu 8 - not easy to come in and replace Maguire but he's ended up being an upgrade. Fine line between aggression and assault (can't think of a better word😂) but needs to work on that a little.

Evans 8 - Solid, dependable, what a great presence in the defence

Chilwell 8 - good season for him, contributing well defensively and offensively. Could be even better with a more consistent delivery as he always appears to be in space.

N'didi 8 - great player. Knows where to be positionally virtually all the time

Maddison 8 - probably one of our best players during the early season and key to our form. We dropped off when he dropped off.

Tielemans 7.5 - just didn't hit the heights of last season, seems to be a lot safer in our his passing

Barnes 7 - a little harsh but mainly for his finishing. He could have got 15 goals with some of the clear chances he's had.

Vardy 9 - just so reliable. Don't need to say anymore.

Perez 7 - I like him but he does drift through games. Definitely better playing in the hole.

Bloody hell, being very generous with some of these. I’d agree with all if you had marked them up until December mind.

Am I losing the plot or is this not Maddison’s second season?

Your right I'm losing the plot. Covid brain melt.

Posted

Tielemans scores are a little high for me agree with most of the rest . Maybe I'm expecting too much after his brilliant loan spell but I'm hoping for more next season.

Posted

Schmeichel 7 -  Good shot stopping, better on crosses, kicking erratic and some daft mistakes
Ricardo 8.5 - Brilliant going forward, our biggest attacking threat. Improving defensively

Chilwell 7 - He's improved, but needs to work on his final ball and stop getting caught out of position

Evans 7 - Brilliant before lockdown, consistent every week. Shaky in the last 10 games.
Soyuncu 8 - Fantastic breakthrough season, surpassed all expectations

N’Didi 7 - Again a great start to the season, i felt he was off the pace after the restart, maybe still carrying injury

Tielemans 7 - Some moments of brilliance, with other moments where he looks slow and short of fitness
Maddison 7 - Theme developing here, good before lockdown, largely ineffective and injured afterwards
Barnes 6 - Some great moments, electric at times when we attack with pace.Needs to work on end product
Perez 6.5 - Dangerous in tight situations in the box, some important goals, needs to hold onto the ball more often

Vardy 9 - Converted most of the chances given to him, to score 23 at 33 speaks for itself

Praet 5 - Not enough opportunity to bed in. Ran the game against Newcastle at home and then disappeared

Gray 5 - As has been said before, is he any better than the day he joined us? End product questionable

Iheanacho 6 - He's improved, some good moments, needs confidence. There's talent there that we should look to unlock

Albrighton 5 - Never less than 100%, may lack the quality needed to play consistently at this level now

If we had reached 5th with an unbelievable run from January, for example we'd been 18th on Jan 1st, then all of these ratings would be through the roof with 10s everywhere.

It's like those ridiculous polls that ask what you think about VAR right after a game we've been robbed.
