That can’t of helped Amarty, he looked much better alongside Souttar, who is a much more solid defender then Faes. He needs someone composed alongside him to calm him down. Then he just get the basics of defending right. I agree with you completely. Playing alongside Faes must be difficult for anyone because you just don’t know what he’s going to do next. I rated him, but he had a monstrous habit of playing really well but one single error, often minor but sometimes major, would almost always lead to a goal. Which is a bit of a bummer. He’d be solid for 60 minutes, then do something daft like playing in a forward by passing the ball directly to them. In reality, as a centre back he looked like a midfielder playing in defence.
