I remember Neil Redfearn in the 90's constantly being signed by teams at the wrong end of the table and getting relegated.

 

Barnsley, Charton, Bradford I think from memory all went down with him in the team in consecutive years

I know he’s been better than others  lately but him laughing after the penalty was awarded against him is just indicative of so many of the squad .Faes laughing after another one of his **** ups being the worst culprit.

Thought he had a really solid game today against Salah, and linked up with Mavididi well. 
 

Has shown plenty in his return to the team to be our left back next season, hopefully a good run in the team in the championship will do him the world of good.

I thought he played well today but we will need a left back to add to what we have.

LT was one of the better players today. Aside from a couple of instances early on, he closed MS pretty well (meaning as good as anyone could close Mo Salah). I was impressed with him; he came in focused and determined to do his job today. I was critical on many instances in the past, but a recognition is due. If Kristiansen were in his place, Salah would've had a hat-trick today.

He was more than solid today.  Left isolated a lot with Mavadidi and coped with Salah well.  Also having to tuck in due to Faes being nowhere as usual, meaning he's having to make decisions of who to pick and where to be. 

 

I'd back him first choice left back next year and one less position to have to find a player

With what other options we have as a left back, it’s got to be worth risking him leaving on a free as we won’t get more than a mill or two for him anyway.

I think he’s nowhere near good enough for the prem and always said he should never be playing over the past few season: but against the top teams and against players that are so much better he actually doesn’t disgrace himself

Has done well since he’s come back into the side and had a solid game again today. 
 

Miles ahead of VK, especially defensively. Would rather see a local lad playing than a player who isn’t good enough and doesn’t care about the club
