Another player, similar to Soumare, where the club have regressed to his level. Assume he was picked at left centre half purely that he is left footed, but he wasn't horrendous.

Think he's probably one that's been hard done by this season, massively limited but every game he has featured he has been better than any performance I have seen for Kristiansen.

Good enough to have earned the right to start the next game. I don't mind having a smaller guy at LCB. His mobility allows Coady to move further up the pitch when we're in possession.

I'm trying hard to really get behind one of our own and would usually do so, and I understand he has had a good game today, but I still don't think he's good enough for where we should be aspiring to be as a club. And I don't think he's that good to even be in the Championship with us. Similar to how I feel about McAteer. It'd be great if they were more consistent whenever they played but I think the main thing is that they're both quite lightweight?

I'd love to love them and I'm not saying they're horribly bad players. I just think they're mediocre, average at best. So yeah you might get a good game out of them every now and then, but you can't be relying on them to be key players throughout the season. And to be honest I think we have too many of those players in the squad currently. 2 or 3 players of sheer quality that can get you out of trouble. They don't exist in our squad (barring perhaps Hermansen).

Luke Thomas made 25 appearances in a season when apparently we had top 4 level players yet now it is being said he is not even good enough for the Championship.

Relative to the position. We had top 4 quality players but also had a relegation worthy defence.

You can't have watched Norman Leet then he played Sunday league for Viking Tun within a couple of months after leaving Leicester and was still crap even at that level

It is nice to hear that Luke Thomas had a good game and he is an option. However I just don't think playing several full backs rather than pure wingers is going to be any sort of answer when the club is so short of goals. The thinking presumably is that they can give some width and defend as well. But it is all too half hearted Leicester really need to have more than 3 attackers on the pitch.

McGiven is more Kristensen.

Luke Thomas is a lot better than both of those

I actually was thinking he was okay, then he gave the ball away 5 seconds later (I’m sure it was him) in injury time almost gifting Chelsea a second.

Unsurprisingly, whilst not the brightest, he was one of the most upset players alongside Barnes over our relegation supposedly

Probably because he knew his golden goose was about to stop laying eggs :D

At least he wants to play for his club.
