We need a replacement for Praet, preferably on loan, but I didn’t expect Eriksen’s name to come up.

Would he be happy to sit on the bench though :dunno:

Anyone able to paste the article?

It doesn't say a lot. Just we are interested and are in discussions. Mentions Gray to Leverkusen and Hamza to West Brom or Newcastle as well. Also there is a way to read telegraph articles without paying. Refresh and click the x quickly after it loads and the article appears!

Percy has deleted his tweet.

Does this mean some balloonhead has leaked it and the club aren't happy about it.

No chance he goes back to spurs, they don't play with a 10.

Would be a good signing this imo. We are going to need an option to rotate with Maddison if we are going to challenge for all 3 competitions this season, not sure Perez is the right answer as an attacking midfielder, I'd rather he played up top instead of Iheanacho.

We love a smokescreen but clearly something in this if it's been hastily removed.

I do think we need reinforcements this window. With Vardy and Praet injuries especially. Last year hopefully taught us the value of adding something in Jan.

Ye cannae outrun the google cache...

Same trick with hitting escape early door works https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:k40SsEUyvsgJ:https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/01/21/leicester-interested-bringing-christian-eriksen-back-england/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk

The article has Matt Law as main reporter. Perhaps done w/out Percy's knowledge, or Percy has since found out they've been fed a load of duff budgies. He has a great rep to maintain in terms of his transfer calls

What's not to like about this? Could be the move we need to make the difference in the race for CL..... or better still...

Leaves out our player of the season in Justin.

Puts Maddison right wing.

At just 28 id hope there would be an option to buy included. Just in case we get him back to a top level.

Interestingly I was listening to a pundit talk about how at liverpool Brendan was the first manager to use two number 10's.

Perhaps in certain games we might see.

Something in it.

If we went/enquired about Martin Oddegaard then it seems we're after that sort of player. For it to be an article and then deleted speaks volumes.
